Grieving is a personal and highly individual experience. How you grieve depends on many factors, including your personality and coping style, your life experience, your faith, and the nature of the loss. The grieving process takes time. Healing happens gradually; it can’t be forced or hurried – and there is no “normal” timetable for grieving. Some people start to feel better in weeks or months. For others, the grieving process is measured in years. Whatever your grief experience, it’s important to be patient with yourself and allow the process to naturally unfold.

James was a good hearted boy and his name lives on in our hearts and it's a shame how his life was taken.Behind the influence of a small town his murder was brushed away like a fallen leaf. But I remember him in love and respect always.

Damn. That's even worse than I thought. Wasn't that long ago. Wonder why I never heard nothing about it.

It happened during hurricane Ike so it was lost among the storm.I think is was almost four years before they actually prosecuted the guy. Still feels like yesterday. Jamie is very missed and still loved. I named my son after him in honor of our friendship. Greyson James carries his name and I couldn't be prouder to honor my best friend.
