As you said, Green River is not owned by anyone but in order to get on the waterway of Green River you would have to enter through someone's property and if you did not have permission then you would be guilty of trespass.

I can get on the river from my property but if i come to a dry spot in the river i cant get out of the boat to cross the dry spot or i will be trespassing.I own the river that is on my property but no the water way that belongs to the public

Yep, you are correct. When you come to that dry section of the river, unless you can stay in the water way section in order to continue, you would be trespassing if you climbed the bank and got on someone's property in order to get back to the water running section of the river.

Got a bit of a God complex hu?...bet I can guess who you are and also bet you are the one who would try to stop someone from enjoying what God put here for us all...unless someone is destroying your property this is just plain mean. There are alot of people acting like they own the creeks and rivers God made...careful he may see to it that you own nothing with that attitude.I couldn't help but notice there were ALOT of mexicans hangin at YOUR river...imagine that! I also have noticed there are alot of dump trucks stealing practically the entire creek in a couple of places...guess they are gonna make sure to mess them all up so the poor people who can't afford a pool will have nowhere to go to cool off...such a sadness this county is! and to think i used to love it here! Thanks for ruining it for the rest of us you are such a good person.

Not trying to hurt anyone and don't even own any land that is beside a river or creek......only telling you what the law is concerning waterways. Most land owners wouldn't object for you coming on their land in order to enjoy the river but it would be nice to ask.

Back to camping on green river, and the attracive lady with the dark hair and tattoos. Oh my goodness, that was the headless woman of green river. There is always a mist,or a fog rolling around her. She wears a white dress, and packs her head in her left hand. I was shocked to say the least, the time I seen her while camping on green river.
