When you hear of some expensive breed of dogs coming up gone you can refer to the top post. They will be the ones stealing any dog they catch loose.Heaven forbid one get out of it's pen they will snatch it up!

If a dog is running the streets it is there for the taking and is not stealing. My dog is in my fenced in yard because i care about my dog

There is this woman who lives on Trammel street who has a bunch of dogs in her house and one is a big dumb boxer who is always running away! There is a little dog that runs with it too. I have caught them and took them home, many many times but she obviously doesn't care that they run the streets and going to get hit! I hope someone good will pick them up and give them a good home and TAKE CARE of them! The boxer is getting thinner and thinner! Poor things ribs are showing and it looks like the end of its tail has rotted off! If we had animal control in this town i would have called a long time ago! People like her don't need animals! Im getting tired of taking them home! I hope she takes better care of her little girl but from the looks on her sometimes,i seriously doubt it

What if your dog somehow DID manage to get out while you were away/asleep/etc.? What if by some odd chance, your dog was stolen/shot/poisoned/ran over on the street during that ONE time it managed to get out, even though you were responsible and did everything you could to prevent it- Would you feel the same way?

Your comment shows what kind of a sick individual you are. We are all Gods creatures and creations. You would blame the dog for the owners irresponsibility? You are pathetic and I feel sorry for you. No!!! Pity you is more like it. Animals have feelings too. If you would harm an innocent animal then you would harm an innocent person too. You are very sick and you need help.

Do you ever watch the news on TV about people being attacked by dogs. I was attacked once but it was a small bite by a small dog but it hurt and all i was doing was walking down the road. When a dog is coming after me now i don't don't wait to see if the dog is going to bite me i have a conceal and carry permit now and i will shoot any dog that is coming after me .

And you are the very reason they should not issue permits to just anybody ! If they was anything to your silly ass you would not need a gun to start with.

I agree with you. Just because you are being attacked by a dog is not reason to shoot a dog. Take the dog bite and make the owner pay your hospital bill and hope the dog has had all it's shots.

I agree people really need to be more response able pet owners... If you can't control your dogs you don't need one!!! I love my dogs however if a dog running loose or any dog for that fact attack or even act like they are gonna attack my child or me then I will shoot it period!!! What kind a person would you be of you allow a dog to attack ur child and not do something about it.. And trust me no dog is worth more than my child..there are a few running loose in my neighborhood that need to be dealt with. And it does no good to call the so called dog Wardon because he does not do anything he is worthless!!!
