Our community needs help

I hear at least once a week of a person overdosing on heroin. Not just in the Union County area, but within 20 miles all around it. It sickens me to see so many young people die and all the children who suffer from it. Regardless of how you feel about these people dying, they have loved ones left behind who have to mourn there deaths and children who dont understand why Mommy or daddy are never coming home again. As a community we need to make a stand and take our towns back. How do we do that? Well, Im not really sure what am open to suggestions. For starters maybe we need to start narcing people out. Even if its a loved one, it may just save their lives. Im not suggesting we bash people on here, but maybe a call to your local sheriff's department. They may say there is nothing they can do, but now they are curious of this person and can watch and see. Shouldnt take long to figure it out. I've never done, nor seen heroin, but I could name a few people on it. Didnt take much to figure it out either. Lets preach to the children how bad it is and not hide the sickness from them. Maybe it will save them from doing it some day. Any one else have a suggestion on how to help the problem? Some thing helpful, not stupid like kill them all.
