takin your damn car to wal-mart for any service is a mistake.(note the period) vis-a-vis does not mean take your business to qualified idiots.
knowing some guys who've actually worked in TLE I could paste some great stories on here against them, one and only experience that I've had was when it took 3 hrs to change 4 tires and rims. long story short, I complained to the manager and paid 16 bucks for the change and a balance that I didnt request. I dont believe that after 3 hrs of wages that walmart showed a profit there.\
remember: never argue with an idiot
they drag you down to their level, and beat you with experience every time.

Randy and Vicky have always been good to me and my family. The pick up my Mom's car while she is at work in Liberty to change her oil. They gave me good advice on what kind of tires I should get for my car and I didn't feel like they were trying to push a sale. They are great people and run an honest business. If you have a problem with people like them, you must be the problem, because I know from experience they treat people how they would want to be treated.

Politt's does great business. Randy is a wonderful polite business man. I always hope that he is the one that will do the oil changes etc when I bring my car in. Sometimes you get his son and he doesnt have the pleasant business manners but that may come in time. I only have had one issue in all the times ive taken my car there and that was when they checked that they added windshield wiper fluid and a few days later my message came on that I was low. I had to add it myself. But other than that one issue I am definitely overall pleased with Pollitts Performance.

I wonder what other corners they cut? I am not a fan of Randy's boy. When we called, he was rude and we went somewhere else. They are not consistent in who they will pick up a car for either. If they would just advertise that they pick up cars and change oil while you work in Liberty and then actually do it, that would be a plus.

There is no way that is from Randy at Pollitts pit stop. Nobody is that stupid. Nice try. Don't cut corners? Where is the "e" in before, the "s" in business or a period after any of the sentences?

randy used to work with me at visteon as my material handler for the area i supervised. he always came in early and got things set up before he went on the clock and before we started production to make sure we could start on time. if i asked him to go a little out of his way to help me out with something he never refused. great guy, great worker. i need to stop changning my own oil and take it down to his shop just to show my support for his buisness.
Bull crap we use to clock each other out only work two hours you know it thats why visteon went bust because all the hard workers

Way to take care of your ride! We only use castrol syntec full synthetic, because oil is way cheaper than engines, and keep using the cheap stuff, and service guys that will cut corners, and have and will drop the ball (Wal-M) you'll eventually pay the price in the long run. I have not personally used Pollitts, but know many people who have and all top marks. So, Quitchurbitchn, or get off your lazy ass and change your own oil - directed at the annoying as*hole and his wife.. the time you put in bitchin bout pollitts, you could have changed your own oil like 3 times.

Do you get your meat at Wal-Mart instead of at Woodruff's. You get what you pay for in most instances.

Randy & Vicki seem nice enough. Do my own oil. She was always nice @ liquor store (other than constantly on phone w/ personal calls - pet peeve of mine).
