Why do mothers insist on breast feeding in public??? And in a restaurant where people are eating lunch??? At least be discreet about it, or better yet, just stay the hell at home!!! Geez......

It is a restaurant so the baby has just as much right to eat there as you do. Why are you people so hung up on the human body, are you afraid hubby will see the mother's breast or something. If you didn't like the fact you could look the other way. Have you ever been to a beach, swimming pool or anywhere that bathing suits are the attire. You could quite possibly see more skin there vs. a new mother feeding her child. If you are gonna whine find something worth whining about.

Well, for one thing, I'm a man, so I don't have a "hubby". This "mother" was totally disgusting. Fat, filthy and smelly. We actually moved to a different part of the restaurant. Feel sorry for that kid!!

Sounds to me like the problem was her cleanliness vs the breast feeding. I agree that people (men included) should present themselves the best way possible, but breast feeding in public is way more discreet than what you see walking down the street or in the grocery store!

It is also a breastfeeding mother's right! You don't like it, you are the one who should stay home! There are way worse things that you could see when leaving your home.

Yeah, cause we all know that if she was hot he wouldn't be complaining.

Anybody want to do some searching? Is breast feeding your child ( for the well-being of the child) better than formula in backward rural areas? I have been told breast feeding is best, but with the junk these women put in their bodies, you have to wander.
still best

Some moms will use a small blanket to cover up the part of the breast that her child is not enjoying.

What I don't get is if it was a woman walkin around in a low cut shirt showin off all her nasty people would be bragging her boobs were hanging out but now ya wanna criticize people for feeding their children? Nasty or not men are perverts and like boobies! Geeezz...the nerve of some people who have nothing to do but complain!!

Breasts are breasts. "Backward rural areas" have no more contaminants than forward urban areas. And no, not "Mayor" urban areas either. And no, you don't have to wander. You can stay right where you are. You must have been a bottle baby with that brain.

First off, I didn't mean to offend. Certain studies have indicated that higher amounts of p.o.p.'s and heavy metals are being passed by human milk.
