Do any of topix users believe in alien abduction? Any stories about UFO sightings in Fayette County? Let's hear it!

If you are new, look back a few pages someone mentioned that subject.
Do you look into ghost sites as well?

I have seen weird things the red in the sky and one night while sitting on my front porch me and a couple other people seen a big ball of green light sitting still then took of fast and vanished if you wouldve blinked you wouldve missed it because it was so fast and this was just 5 months ago. Also my grandparents had some amazing things they used to tell us about back in the day with the aliens and I honestly believe I have seen things like ufos a couple times.

Why, in God's vast universe would ANY advanced alien civilization want to pick up a nasty azz Earthling only to find out that we're fat, lazy, physically useless, smoke cigarettes, do drugs and drink way too many 44oz fountain sodas? Not to mention we kill each other and worship money. Plastic money, at that!!

They want to know why we destroy or own planet. They are examining our minds to find the defect. Before we destroy theirs.

It's been about 5 or 6 years ago now but while driving late at night being the only car on the 2 lane road one of those bright green balls came out of nowhere zipping along side the road only about 20 ft off the ground going in the opposite direction from us. Didn't look big enough for even one person to sit in but that thing was FAST!

I worked for a man in connersville who was a MUFON investigator. I read his unpublished manuscript about This area. UFOs - ape entity - men in black - abductions and ghosts.

this was about that size....beechball tops. shot out from behind the corn and just came to a complete stop about 50 feet up. just sat there for what seemed like several seconds then floated down slowly. no way it was a flare or firework.

Christmas night last year My brother and i were watching tv when a unusually bright light out my window caught my eye we watched this light for well over an hour it would dim out completely then come back it changed colors from green to red to purple it would also move back and forth and it was way to low to be a star not to mention there were no stars this night. I've also seen what I believe to be UFOs around the town on different night needless to say I believe they are 100 percent real!

Might some of these 'balls' of light been St Elmos Fire? Just a thought.

I keep seeing the bright shade of almost florescent green that it was and I'm remembering that it was totally soundless. Was yours like that too hahaha?

We've also seen those green and red lights that seem to stop on a dime or like one night with some stars they aligned exactly with the star and then flashed red or green alternately and then fast as a blink they were gone.

I once saw a spaceship . Not sure the name of it . It was about ten or nine years ago . It was a February morning and I was outside checking traps when I notice a glint in the sky . I can only imagine that it was a space ship being launched from Houston Texas . They made several spaceships America Columbia not sure which it was . I couldn't make out the wings but I did notice the huge cylinder was still attached ( booster rockets ?) The things you see when you don't have a camera I tell you what .A friend of mine told me he saw a light hovering above the ground about a foot or two the floated towards a utility pole and vanished . I think he saw what is called ball lightning .

Keep in mind the Aurora Borealis (northern lights). They can be seen in Indiana. There are also meteors (shooting stars) and artificial satellites.

Could be laser pointers. People use them for star gazing.

Interesting. I wonder how many people see lights or 'strange' happenings before a thunderstorm? I read a bit on this just now. Does anyone hear buzzing or hissing sounds right before they see things?

Here is some more information on this.

Yes it was very bright green and quick it only sat still for about 10 seconds then vanished quickly! I thought I was seeing things until everyone else said they seen it to. I have also seen red ones not as big and I know it was not balls of lightning as some others were saying it couldve been because this was when it was freezing out.we are smokers and sit outside to smoke because we have young children and you would be amazed at what you will see if you watch the sky.
