Yes it is pitiful! However it is probably best for the children not to be exposed to that type of lifestyle. A law should be passed that they are forced to take permanent birth control so no other children be born with risk of health problems or be exposed to dangerous lifestyles.

yea its sad, but the parents should loose their kids if they are convicted of meth or prescription pills, I dont think they should have them back till they can pass a drug test every week for a year!!!!!!
