I know the owner is Tony Newton. The services are piped in thru TV screens. Not sure of beliefs, but they steal members from other Churches. Not sure how Godly they are.

I love love H2O! It is amazing! I have gone to church all my life and I have never been to a church like this one. We believe in bringing people to God. The above comment from believers...How can you steal someone from a church?

Our Mission:

To lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ.

In Essential Beliefs - we have unity

There is one Body and one Spirit...there is one Lord, one faith, one baptism, and one God and Father of us all...
( Ephesians 4:4-6 NIV)

In Non-Essential Beliefs - we have liberty

Accept him whose faith is weak, without passing judgment on disputable matters...Who are you to judge someone else's servant? To his own master he stands or falls...So then each of us will give an account of himself to God...So whatever you believe about these things keep between yourself and God.
( Romans 14:1 , 4 , 12 , 22 NIV)

In All our Beliefs - we show charity

If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.
( 1 Corinthians 13:2 NIV)

To whoever is asking about H2O. I can tell you I have been attending for a couple of months now and I love it more every week. My teenagers talk about the sermon afterwards and knowing that they are listening is enough to keep me coming back. The people are awesome. No judging here! They are just people who love God and want to get closer to him through his word. They have great youth programs and adult bible studies through the week. So, if you are looking for a place to worship the Lord and meet some great loving people, services start at 11:00AM on Sunday.

I just wanted to say that I honestly do love this Church. I do not see how anyone is being "stolen" from a church. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. The reason people attend this church is because this is where God has called them. God willing I hope to attend this Church every Sunday! About the bible studies and youth programs mentioned above. They are awesome! I started going to a Women's bible study last week that is called SOAR and I love it! I cannot wait until our class tomorrow night.

Just asking...I hope and pray you will be able to find the info you need about our church. It is an amazing place to attend!

It is located at the old cost cutters building close to Jackson State. It is down the hill past helms motor company on the right. Yes it is non-denominational. I hope you both decide to come and see what our church is all about.

I see nothing about salvation in the essential beliefs. Can you elaborate?

Sorry I did not mention anything about salvation. I was answering the first question about missions and beliefs. I would have been on here sooner and seen your question but my little boy was sick.

About Salvation:
Salvation is God's free gift to us but we must accept it. We can never make up for our sin by self-improvement or good works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God's offer of forgiveness can anyone be saved from sin's penalty. When we turn from our self-ruled life and turn to Jesus in faith we are saved. Eternal life begins the moment one receives Jesus Christ into his life by faith.
( Romans 6:23 ; Ephesians 2:8-9 ; John 14:6 , John 1:2 ; Titus 3:5 ; Galatians 3:26 ; Romans 5:1 , Romans 10:9-10 )

About Eternity
People were created to exist forever. We will either exist eternally separated from God by sin or eternally with God through forgiveness and salvation. To be eternally separated from God is hell. To be eternally in union with Him is eternal life in Heaven. Heaven and hell are real places of eternal existence.
( John 3:16 , John 14:17 ; Romans 6:23 , Romans 8:17-18 ; Revelation 20:15 ; 1Corinthians 2:7-9)

Since I have been attending there have been many baptisms. The sermons are so powerful to me that it makes me want to get baptized again.:) When I attend a service on Sunday I continue through the week thinking and praying about what was said in the sermon.
I love going here. It has been a life changing experience for me. Like I mentioned above in another post, I have been going to church all of my life and I have never experienced anything like this. I look forward to going to the services every Sunday and to the new bible study I recently started attending. It is a wonderful place to attend and learn about God and is full of loving people.

If you have any more questions please let me know and I will try to answer them in the best way I can.

I noticed under your heading titled "Salvation" you say that one is saved by receiving Jesus into his/her life by faith. But then at the bottom in your personal summary you list about baptisms at the church. Is not Baptism essential for salvation? Should this not be listed with all importance in your section describing your churches beliefs on salvation instead of as an afterthought. Mark 16:16 "he who believes AND IS baptized will be saved". Matthew 3:13-16 states that even Jesus was baptized. And this verse needs to go along with Ephesians 2:8-9 because we are not saved by faith alone but by faith and deeds together - James 2:14-25 For "faith without deeds is dead".

I recently went a couple of times to this Church. Craig Groeschel is the Preacher. He is broadcasted on 3 screens in the Church. I suggest google(ing) Craig's name and listen to his teachings and I think you will like him. I felt very welcomed and comfortable there and will go again. It is worth checking out. They are developing alot for the kids and they are our future. Visit the web page: http://www.lifechurch.tv/watch also Craig has a facebook page. Hope to see you there.

Sorry if I did not word it correctly for you. I was trying to answer the question about salvation and I read it off of the website and posted it as it said. Then I wrote about my experiences at the church. I am not trying to say anything to anyone or to say anything different from what you are saying. If you would like more info you can read on the website.

In Essential Beliefs - we have unity

( Ephesians 4:4-6 NIV)

If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16

Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:13

"Believe on the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved." (Acts 16:30-31)

You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. Galatians 3:26

"I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit." John 3:5

I want to believe there is good in all Churches.
How long has this Church been in town??? Do they believe baptism is essential to salvation??? Do they prepare the Lord's supper on Sunday??? Do they have music??? Do they have a preacher??? How many members???? How many baptisms since start in Lexington? Please do tell about your work in Lexington. Never heard of this Church at all. Thanks so much. I am interested in hearing about your services. On your webpage, I could not find the answers to my questions.
