Columbia police officer faces DUI charge
Patrol spokesman Brent Kelly said CPD officer Michael Watson, 34, was sleeping at the wheel when first discovered by city police around 2 a.m. City officers notified the Highway Patrol.

Do you think that sleeping at a traffic light clued them off? What became of the "presumption of innocence?" You are more likely to get hit by someone texting as a traffic light than sleeping.
