Hermiston man convicted of raping 13-year-old girl

He does not get to have sex with her. Jurors convicted a Hermiston man of raping a 13-year-old girl last fall. Ramon Rivera Morales, 23, is originally from Mexico and told the court he holds a green card. via KGW-TV Portland

This is so common that men start dateing young ladies that think that its okay to date just anyone they want. But my queshtion is were was her mother I raised my girl to respect herslf and others because this effects everyone and i know that us as mothers are the ones accountable for our children and yes he is not inisent either but I consider keepnig track of our children prevents these issues.And both are accountable but now one person has to leave this country for his stupitity and another stays and might be hurt for her stupitity and hope they both learn but now what she will do the same if her mother dosent take action before its to late.
