Employers: Jobs available, workers not

Unemployment rates in Richland and Crawford counties keep ticking upward, but employers say it's not jobs that are in demand, it's willing workers.

Such bs. If the employers weren't so restrictive on what you have to have, an what you need to get their open jobs they wouldn't be any open jobs. How about rules like, if you worked at the place once, you can't work there again? What's that solving? Nothing.

I too am an employer, when i can con some down and out person to be subject to slave type conditions, to work any beckoning demand of the task master. And for peanuts or chicken feed. If i was young and case free i wouldn.t accept the terms of employment either....they created the Temp position attitudes so let them get their illegal immigrants to bust their silly butts.

it comes to jobs they say you need a high school deploma or a g e d to get a job dont look for a peace of paper look at my work history and what i have done in the years that i have worked dont look for a peace of paper that i finish school.
