i can not beleive this man has been allowed to have a recue operation license. perry county officials know this is a puppy mill, have ignored all complaints. Why did they issue this man a licence and when are they going to revoke said license. This man has been allowed to cause the suffering and death of countless animals and perry county officials need to atart taking animal abuse and neglect seriously, not just at the wagon wheel but through out the county. This is a rampent problem in perry county and state wide. something needs done. if new officials and legislation is the answer make the public aware as to how to begin to lobby for changes. somone needs to hold both puppy millers and officials who draw a paycheck for ignoring this issue accountable. find out who to write to demand stiffer laws and penalties and never stop. I have witnessed the suffering and have contacted perry county officials they dont seem to care about the little helpless puppies and don't care to do anything to stop the suffering or adress the publics concerns. Demand answers from them!!! Demand action.

I heard a rumor years ago that if you live in Perry County you need to keep a close eye on your outside pets as he will take them in the middle of the night and sell them at his home. I have been on his property before and have seen up close the horrific conditions these animals are in, ANYTHING he can get his hands on not just dogs, rabbits and peacocks and small game animals, anything he can sell! I as well as many others tried to call the news channels last Winter when it was deathly cold and all his animals were left in cages on the side of the property with no heat and barely any bedding and noone wanted to come out and take a look or do a story on it. He is a CROOKED man with a wife and a mistress that the wife knows about! He only makes money because people in Perry County are poor and they have to find somewhere to live even if its in one of his burnt out houses he slapped some new siding on. One house was completely burnt out, leaning to one side and he fixed it cosmetically inside and out but most of the house still remains....How can you get away with that? ITS DISGUSTING How New Lexington tolerates this behavior! And having his signs up all over the place, his big ugly signs advertising his slime! He should be ASHAMED of himself for being such a greasy business person, I wont say MAN. Those poor animals suffering. He even tries to give away full blooded puppies of specific breeds in the papers I read them! Disgust! Why hasn't he been shut down by now??!!
