Looks like these guys dont know much about a pig-picking.Or health either.Or they would know better than to use galvanised metal roofing.Plus theres no cover to hold in the smoke.Havent they heard of a pig cooker.Im sure they will get their daily dose of heavy metals!!!Dont think i would eat that.

Skylight and Bums just do it like it's supposed to be done.

Salt pepper, red pepper, vinegar.

No friggin sugar or ketchup!
