Full Body Car Paint?

I recently got my car messed up. The hood and bumper are now completely white almost. I think someone sprayed brake fluid on them.:/ Anyway, this broke my heart since I saved up and bought my car myself and so Im looking to get the whole car painted. Any advice on where to go and is enamel or base coat/clear coat better? I am really lost and know nothing about estimates or anything, and I'd have to save up to do it, so that's why I was wondering about anyone else's experiences. The color is currently a burgandy/red 2003 Nissan Sentra. I'd like to color it a dark teal, but Im not sure if its extra to do a new color. HELP PLEASE?!:) Nobody will give me an estimate over the phone, and my friend is borrowing my car ATM.

don't think that you can get an estimate over the phone because they need to see if there is any body damage, any small amount of damage can give a crappy paint job.
