It's extremely unfortunate that someone needed to die before society caught up with this self-infatuated murderer but he will have the rest of his life to think about the consequences of overreaction.

I have to agree there. I mean we sit and complain about how our kids are turning out. Come on let us go back to the 1800's when we could actually discipline our children. I think there would be a lot less of this going on.

Because of the trash that she got herself tangled up with not just once but twice! Her earlier fun in's should have been a sign to the final outcome of her choices.

For being "trash", Jake was a hell of a nice guy.. He never hesitated to stick up for me to the other trash, and although it's been a few years, he'll be missed by many. RIP dude.

"Bird has a record that dates to at least 1998, with convictions for burglary, drug possession and assault, among other things.

Bird's grandmother described him as a hard-working young man who loved the outdoors.

He was very good-hearted. He was a Christian"

Christianity has taken a big turn since my church going days!!

They didn't say the charges were that recent; within the last couple years, they stated he has a record that goes back to 1998.

Knowing people who have life changing things happen to them, i know it makes some if not all question their time here. Maybe he came to a crossroads or what not and questioned his purpose. i know it is possible for someone to be new to christianity even with a past!

i'm sorry but for no reason should pepper-spray equal death! according to Holm he shot Jake in self-defence which makes no since on mulitple levels. You have no right to kill someone regardless!

Taylor should be serving time! without her involved none of this would of happened! Jake was a wonderful person who meant the world to many people, Holm did something because of Taylor! weather he might of been weak-minded or not if Taylor wasn't involved with either man it wouldn't of happened! i feel bad for the man's life she causes to be ended!

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Leo

There's an erratic quality to the day, thanks to the Full Moon in emotional Cancer, combined with a lunar eclipse. Loved ones are likely to behave in ways you hadn't counted on. The only way to cope with this is to be as flexible as possible. Someone might change an arrangement at the eleventh hour so you have to think on your feet, or others may be determined to do their own thing even though it doesn't suit you. Get any arguments out of the way quickly so you can enjoy your New Year's Eve celebrations with a glad heart.
