Another SUV and its driver join a growing list of those who commit manslaughter in the name of getting there faster and neglecting the welfare of others.

The blame should be placed on the auto manufacturers for giving the SUVs ability to murder people. If a pinto car in a accident where a passenger dies, it is not the driver's fault. When SUV is involved, the driver is not at fault but SUV is the culprit blamed for death of driver or passengers.
