They are terrible! Ive used them before and gave them another shot. Not only are their services horrible but they are just sketchy. I used them a year ago with their 30% off coupon and again two days ago using their 40% coupon! Guess what? Both times were the same exact price! They raise the cost per sq foot depending on what "DEAL' they are running. They should be put out of business

What? Plenty of good ones out their. I found someone cheap and did way better than coit or stanley steemer. What a rip off. Cleaners that charge an arm and a leg are just greedy!

Coit charges by the area not per aquare foot and has a money back guarentee. You should try calling them.

when they came to my house it was by the sq foot. They did terrible. The guy even told me he made commission then pretty much tried to sale me my own stuff. Paid an arm and a leg for duct cleaning and when they were finished I asked to see what they pulled out of my air ducts. They were hesitant at first but then they showed me. The dirt wouldn't have even filled up a 1/4 cup. Money back guarantee my Azz. Made a few complaints and got nothing

I'm in employee of Coit louisville, and yes they do suck as a company, they do offer a money back guarnetee, but getting teeth pulled is easier....I left in my own with noticed, so this isn't gathered about being fired...I worked at Coit for almost seven years...and these guys are only worried about the pockets of the three owners and the a-hole of a manger Robert Pledger! Yes everyone at Coit(besides office personal and restoration techs) make commission only. So with that said the techs that are in your house are trained to pressure sell you all, the motto at Coit it takes three no's to get a yes! So the tech will literally bug you to death to get an add on sale, until you say yes!!!! They train us like they do used cars salesmen. Very shady people. You can get much better work done with a fraction of a cost. Call around and find a company certified through an origination called "IICRC" just open the phone book or get online and call the smaller companies who are cerifeid through them. Coit is a very horrible company.

I'm actually really excited to find out that these companies exist. I have a bunch of rugs that need to be cleaned. They're really delicate, so you can't really beat them or stick them in the washer. Apparently, these companies have some great machines they use to clean rugs. http://www.coastalcleaners.ca

Not necessarily, carpet cleaners have expensive equipment. 1 van with all the equipment can run close to $100,000 so if you want your carpet cleaned for free maybe you should try a vacuum.
