I know him and he takes care of all his horses. Sounds like to me he needs to take one of his feed bags and put it on your mouth. Since you have no idea wht your talkin about.

From what I understand, yes you can get a DUI on a horse. Thats crazy to me, although it's not a motorized vehicle, the horse still has a brain. And yet you can get charged with a DUI. You steer a horse but it's not going to jump in front of a car, or swerve into a tree.

Pretty sad when a man can't have a few and ride his horse home without getting busted!!! So what did they do with the horse take it to the impound lot??

If the sheriff had been doing his job maybe he could have caught the thief that broke in the Castle .He was busy trying to play Matt Dillon. Shit like this makes Nicholasville a laughing stock.to people.

The law don't want a thief. You cannot make any money of them.
See this way everyone gets a piece of the pie.
The judge
The lawyer
The court cosy
And finally the insurance company.
He been better off selling drugs he got off with a slap on the hand.
and if he was a thief chances are he wouldn't got caught.

He better take care of that horse. It might be his only transportation. He's got more problems coming his way. You can't cheat the government for a disability you don't have. If you had back problems you couldn't ride a horse, Beat up your wife and children And climb trees to cut out limbs! Just saying. They have the pictures to prove it. Just a matter of time.

I stopped reading these posts a long time ago, just stopped in to see if things had changed, guess not. I see that people still get on here and run their mouths about stuff they know nothing about. The man on the horse is a friend of mine, he simply enjoys horseback riding, was celebrating his GROWN sons bday, that doesnt make him a horrible person!!!!Peace out!!!

You may have some problems come your way. Karma's a bitch! What are you doing hiding out in bushes taking pictures, or just acting fake to his face and taking pictures? Either way you're a piece of shit.....Just saying!!!!!!!!!!
