There was a bomb threat, I was shopping and they came over the speaker and said all employees and guest please exit the building. They also found an object left by the person (per an employee)

We were told there was some emergency clean up they were doing and that it would be fine to enter when everything was cleaned up, but that they couldn't say specifically what had happened. I had my child with me and would not have gone in when it reopened if I had known it was a bomb threat. No way could you adequately search through a store that large. Made me very upset the worker lied to us when someone point blank asked if it had been a bomb threat. The customers had a right to know. Didn't find out about it really being a bomb threat till we were checking out and the cashier mentioned it. This mom is not very happy with how they handled it.

I went to walmart around 7:30 or so and everyting was closed still. I saw a camera guy from Lex18, and asked him what was going on, and he said it was a bomb threat. Never saw anything on the news, or on the lex18 website.

First off, do you know how long it took to get all the employees together to tell then what had happened? Moat employees didn't know thy it was a bomb threat until about 15 minutes before we were allowed into the store. I think it's extremely rude and inconsiderate to assume that one employee lied to you. Did you ever occur to you that maybe that employee hadn't been told the news. Maybe they were on lunch or just coming in? Or maybe they decided to go to mcdonalds and was just coming back? Did any of these possibilities ever run through your head? It's nice to know that some people can't go through the day without having to pick about every situation. Thank you for insulting me and my co-workers on a situation that we had no control over.
