Not necessarily. Maybe his car was stolen and the police have no leads in locating it so he's trying to find it on his own.

Yes, the car was stolen and there are no leads. It also only had liability and was paid off and belongs to someone trying to put themselves through school so. Any tips?

I've honestly never known anyone to get a car stolen. Where I'm from, they're usually taken to chop shops.

Thought it was worth a try.

I'm afraid to put the make and model on here because if someone sees it they might burn it if they know people are actively looking for it. Just general information would help the most, if anyone has any tips.

Check all body shops own by foreigners . I know for a fact they will steal cars that match the one there working on for parts.
