I am sorry. I am a Ball employee and they told me to get on here and respond to people who tell the truth about the company I work for. I apologize to everyone I lied to.

Kiln dried wood does have this problem, and with about 99.9% of framing lumber used in America being kiln dried, this is not an uncommon problem. New homes will always settle more than old homes too, nature of the beast. Ball Homes does offer drywall repair on all new homes within the first 3 years.

All builders do. All new homes settle, and all have nail pops. Period.

Not as many as BH. Two days after home closed there were at least 30. Not to mention the millions of cracks that appeared.

false, I can state for a fact that Ball Homes has documents on every employee and subcontractor that is hired
Anybody can use a scanner and a Microsoft program to cut and paste any desired document.Illegals are renowned for doing so.Closer to the truth is this.....the subcontractor is American and uses illegals (the ones doing the work)on the site. The sub then launders the money any way he can. Illegals don't leave paper trails do they? All Ball needs is proof of insurance and little else. And before you start telling me that illegals do the work Americans wont do, I will tell you that Americans have bills, mortgages, taxes and so forth that have to be paid.We demand more more by necessity not nationality! But, when Ball had all American crews, they still payed squat to the subs. My point is this.......Ball homes are cheap and you get what you pay for. In Balls case you get less than what you payed for.

I have nothing personal against ball, I do have something against all the illegals who framed and laid brick for them. I am the guy who wrote about witnessing a home being pulled "more in to" square using a truck. It is true, I seen it with my own eyes; The guy I worked with seen it too.

Just noticed this thread and came back to back up what I said. Again, I will say what I have written are first hand accounts and are facts. Having worked in hundreds of ball homes, I wouldn't buy ONE.

Ask some of the HVAC guys about the mexicans shitting in their air ducts! Ask some of the plumbers about their tubs being shit in! You would not believe how nasty the illegals are! The would go shit in the basement of EVERY house they were working in!

We pulled in to one lot and the mexicans had a goat tied up in the front yard, come about 12:20 they had it cut up and were cooking it over some burning scrap wood.

I remember one time the illegals were hooked to a corporate water connection filling up their tanks to lay some bricks, so I called the lexington police dept, mind you this was a few months after 9/11, so I call lexingtons finest to report what I was seeing and they basically told me to quit wasting their time!! They told me to call the water dept!!!

Do you realize there are no backflow prevention devices on any of the city's water supply? them guys could have pumped anything they wanted in to that sub division.

I am no longer in the field I was in so I really don't care to tell the truth and or risk being black balled.

I had to rebuild parts of mine which was costly. I would never buy another one.

What part did you have to rebuild? My neighbor has mold, brick issues, gutter issues and the list goes on. They have a daughter who is now severely allergic to Mold and so is the Mom. The guy right next to them watched over just about everything and they still had windows leak water and stone leak water. I live across the street and found this out after I bought the house. I am now just sitting and waiting for something to go wrong...

Do you plan on selling your home one day? I hope not, because you are basically telling people not to buy it. Shoot yourself in the foot much?

I doubt I will ever be able to sell my house and if so, it won't be anywhere close to what I paid for it. Plus I would feel bad pushing a second rate house onto someone else.

So I just got a scam check from a craigslister. Some guy named Ryan Haines, and the Check is from Ball Homes LLC. So somehow they're involved in cashier check fraud as well. Don't sell any furniture to Bethany on craigslist people! geez.

If you are dumb enough to buy a Ball home AND u are really, really, really, REALLY lucky enough to NOT buy a lemon of a house from Ball, well your neighborhood is still going to look rundown because their houses fall apart so damn fast. Buyer beware when it moe's to these sub-standard homes. Do your research so you don't get taken by these "builders."

Look out folks, they are now flying under the banner of RML Construction. Be aware of what you are buying/renting.
