(1) It was CONGRESS that violated THEIR constitutional duty by passing the "war powers act".

So FAIL

(2). The SCOTUS has ruled "Obamacare" constitutional.

So FAIL

(3). Obama has suggested NO constitutional changes ( AMENDMENTS ), but Republicans offer a half dozen a year. Even if he had, it would NOT be a violation of his oath.

So FAIL

(4) Their is no consitutional violation in the appointment of "czars". If there were, why did you not seek Bush's impeachment for the same offense?

This white house petitions only require that the president CONSIDER any request. In fact it doesn't even require such. He just said he would. Even if there were anything impeachable presented ( which there is NOT ). It's not likely the president would bring articles of impeachment on himself. In fact it's not legally possible for him to do so. Only congress can do that.
