Yeah go ahead a prosecute him for something the other man did. Um sure he didn't force the man to do the drugs. Next will be holding liquor stores and beer and liquor makers responsible for alcoholics and fast food places for obesity

Let this be a warning to all you sorry ass dealers. You will be held responsible. You sell illegal drugs and I hope all of you go to jail. Don't try and compare liquar stores to this, alcohol is legal!

Only a dopehead would defend a dealer. In case you're too doped up to notice, heroin is illegal! Alcohol and food are not. Duh!!

First of all you piece of shit I'm not a dopehead. I work a full time job and am highly educated. Second the dealer still never forced him to do it. Third if you don't know someone you shouldn't judge them

Yes it is legal and it kills more people than car crashes do.no matter how many people you arrest for drugs 2 more will take there place and it goes on and on. The only way to beat the drug problem is to legalize all drugs and. See what happens then. There is no profit to be made so they won't do it. It's a fact.look at amsterdamn. Crime went way down.

Alcohol IS just a legal drug but it is regulated and taxed. You can't sell a stronger alcohol than expected by the label or add fillers, other drugs...etc. So, there really is no comparison. They will NEVER legalize all drugs and they should make alcohol illegal.

I am from ky,well I was born in Alabama, lived here since 5 years old. Drugs ,drugs, drugs . just like farts you dealt it and smelt it. if doofy wasn't selling drugs, doofy two wouldn't have overdosed.call whoever ya want guilty-dealer,user or omg both ! both of these people were someones baby once, both were never supposed to go this path. don't blame them. don't get all hyped at dealer vs. user ---one cant have both without each other. heroin has always been available to me---do I use it ? no . don't blame the market blame the shoppers, that isn't answer either. if I didn't sell it someone else would! right ! make it taboo at home and everywhere---guess what ? no more ruined lives-both sides wins drugs lose ! teach that in elementary school. BUMP DARE up--quit being PC.

As a scenario drug addict is consumer, dealer is the business. If a business sold me a defective, poisoned product and I died who would be liable consumer or business man? My opinion is it would be businessman. Dude is selling illegal drugs deserves jail.
