I've seen Americans desecrate our FLAG and so have you!
I don't know your age...But the Reverend Elijha Muhammad and Malcolm X and now Lewis Farrakhan have been preaching that Sh*t in the streets sense I can remember when? What has it got them other than suck money from people to make them rich.
A Islamic movement will never succeed in a Christian based society.
So I'll not spend my time worrying about it.
You seem to think Islam is something new to this country it really goes back a long way...just like every other religion...so now I'm suppose to feel some kinda of threat?I don't think so!
Thanks for your concern though!

I'm old enough to know what went on in our country in the years of "back when." And what I did not live to personally see, I have seen plenty in vintage film footages.

I have read of Malcolm X and watched numbers of films of his philosophy and listened to his verbiage. He was an angry man, and when he disassociated himself from the Muslim's they killed him at a young age. I believe he was only in his thirties.

Here's a story that will never happen today in America:

Back during the hippy era there was a large group of young people protesting the Vietnam War on the steps of a courthouse in a city up North. A group of guys who had heard this was going on there decided to ride their motorcycles up there to see what the ruckus was about. On the steps of this ancient courthouse in the square were monuments and bronze plaques of all the veteran's in that county who had died in the service of our country from all wars. Hippies were shouting and protesting about the war, screaming and shouting obscenities about America - and a few of them threatened to burn the American Flag. As momentum picked up, it was chaos that only took moments to turn into a melee of sorts. When more people began to gather, one of the hippie group tried to light the Flag on fire. One of the five bikers tore the Flag out of his hands, stuffed it in his leather jacket while the rest of them along with a number of citizens who had gathered, proceeded to beat the living crap out of the protesters.

It wasn't long before the police arrived to find people on the ground and people with bloody noses. When those pro Americans told the police what was going on, one of the biker's said, "No one burns my Flag!" Here's what the cops said, "Get on your bikes and move on out. The rest of you, clear out!" And with that they went over and proceeded to handcuff the rabble rousers, grabbing them off the ground and tossing them in the squads.

Picture that happening today. It never will again. We are told to stand back and allow them to curse our country, our way of life, and our National Emblem. All in the name of 'freedom of speech." And even if you are not even an American citizen...especially if you're not an American!

With the advent of political correctness, we have become cowards and defenseless against our courts and our rights as American citizens.

Tell me it's not true.

And no, Islam is not new. But yes, it is growing in our country.

The Muslim population in this country is not like any other group, for it includes within it a substantial body of people—many times more numerous than the agents of Osama bin Ladin—who share with the suicide hijackers a hatred of the United States and the desire, ultimately, to transform it into a nation living under the strictures of militant Islam. Although not responsible for the atrocities in September, they harbor designs for this country that warrant urgent and serious attention.
In June 1991, Siraj Wahaj, a black convert to Islam and the recipient of some of the American Muslim community's highest honors, had the privilege of becoming the first Muslim to deliver the daily prayer in the U.S. House of Representatives. On that occasion he recited from the Qur'an and appealed to the Almighty to guide American leaders "and grant them righteousness and wisdom."
A little over a year later, addressing an audience of New Jersey Muslims, the same Wahaj articulated a rather different vision from his mild and moderate invocation in the House. If only Muslims were more clever politically, he told his New Jersey listeners, they could take over the United States and replace its constitutional government with a caliphate. "If we were united and strong, we'd elect our own emir [leader] and give allegiance to him....[T]ake my word, if 6-8 million Muslims unite in America, the country will come to us." In 1995, Wahaj served as a character witness for Omar Abdel Rahman in the trial that found that blind sheikh guilty of conspiracy to overthrow the government of the United States. More alarming still, the U.S. attorney for New York listed Wahaj as one of the "unindicted persons who may be alleged as co-conspirators" in the sheikh's case.
The disparity between Wahaj's good citizenship in the House and his militant forecast of a Muslim takeover—not to mention his association with violent felons—is only one example of a larger pattern common to the American Muslim scene. Another example, about which I have written recently elsewhere, involves the American Muslims for Jerusalem, an organization whose official advocacy of "a Jerusalem that symbolizes religious tolerance and dialogue" contrasts markedly with the wild conspiracy-mongering and crude anti-Jewish rhetoric in which its spokesmen indulge at closed events.1 At a minimum, then, anyone who would understand the real views of American Muslims must delve deeper than the surface of their public statements.
Doing so, one discovers that the ambition to take over the United States is hardly a new one. The first missionaries for militant Islam, or Islamism, who arrived here from abroad in the 1920's, unblushingly declared, "Our plan is, we are going to conquer America." The audacity of such statements hardly went unnoticed at the time, including by Christians who cherished their own missionizing hopes. As a 1922 newspaper commentary put it:
To the millions of American Christians who have so long looked eagerly forward to the time the cross shall be supreme in every land and the people of the whole world shall have become the followers of Christ, the plan to win this continent to the path of the "infidel Turk" will seem a thing unbelievable. But there is no doubt about its being pressed with all the fanatical zeal for which the Mohammedans are noted.
But it is in recent decades, as the Muslim population in the country has increased significantly in size, social standing, and influence, and as Islamism has made its presence widely felt on the international scene, that this "fanatical zeal" has truly come into its own. A catalyzing figure in the story is the late Ismail Al-Faruqi, a Palestinian immigrant who founded the International Institute of Islamic Thought and taught for many years at Temple University in Philadelphia.

"Nothing could be greater," Al-Faruqi wrote in the early 1980's, "than this youthful, vigorous, and rich continent [of North America] turning away from its past evil and marching forward under the banner of Allahu Akbar [God is great]."

Just like the days back when Reagan and Bush Sr. were calling Medicare socialist here we are again. Republicans all tore up because there is a new socialist medical plan. The Repub answer to the problem is simple. If someone does not have the money to pay for health care they need to die. Don't try and deny this because your party is against Medicare, Medicaid, and any type of universal health care. So that only leaves if you can afford health care good for you if not die in the street.
They were also opposed to Social Security benefits. Look at it like this. Think about it. The wealthy are against anything at all that helps the lesser fortunate people...anything at all period. Why? Because they don't need it nor will they. But rest assured if the "little people" became gravely ill, they'd also not be at your doorstep carrying a check. I'm surprised many of the wealthy even pay health insurance premiums since they have enough money to buy the hospital.

So let's see now. The wealthy don't like S.S., they don't like Medicare, they don't like entitlements for the poor (just their own entitlements with taxcuts and loophole deductions/credits), they don't want to pay minimum wage, they don't like workman's comp....they don't like little people period. What they do like is China, the Communist country's $0.44/hr w/o benefits labor force, then turn around and sell you all the deadly, poisonous shit they manufacture over there at Sax 5th Ave prices.

I say EVERYONE in America needs to start boycotting Chinese products. If we don't buy it, they can't make it and show big corporate America that refuses to give Americans jobs exactly what "little people" can do when they band together. Remember, they are the top 10%. We're the lower 90%. Odds are in our favor, right?

Speakup--one of the few times we do agree. If we all could quit buying China`s products,Walmart would shut down! But since there is no American made replacement, what do we do?Doing without the replacement parts for about 3-4 months would do it! Some of our own enterprising people would start business here!

What we do seem to disagree about is that all people not Democratic,or,progressive liberal, socialists and are either Republicans,Independents,or Tea Party persons ,want what so many proclaim "help the rich',"down with the poor',not health care for anyone that can not afford it",and on and on.You see, some of us are not rich, some of us are the poor, but we do believe you should work and pay your own way,and then the helpless, the ones that are unable to help themselves, are the ones that should get the help. Not a constant hand out,not an entire life of goverment checks in the mail, not the illegals being given what our poor can not give our own children, not the druggies be given what the working poor can not provide for their families. And so on.

We consider ourselves the American U.S. citizen. The ones that serve in the military in time of need. The ones that believe in the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, capitalism, work hard, save for the rainy day, stay out of debt, give to charity ,the poor, the needy, etc.
Just sayin.

Don't you think it's a little late to boycott or sit in the streets and bang your drums and get high to prove a point? lol Obama sold our childrens souls to the Chinese and they will be working to repay China for many, many, many years to come! China couldn't give a New York sewer rats ass if we buy their products. They own us thanks to morons such as yourself. Didn't China just purchase one of the largest banking services in the United States? Didn't China just buy one of the major theater chains in the United States? What else have they purchased?

You always forget to mention the really important things that prove your posts to be nothing but gibberish crap.

How did China and Japan start out when purchasing corporations and land in Hawaii? Do you have a clue who owns Hawaii? China and Japan could shut Hawaii down on a moments notice. They had to start somewhere to get to that point. Obama gave them a great head start on their lucrative purchases and loan business in the US.

Obama and Pelosi and Reid sold the American citizens out big time. Even more important than that they messed with our childrens lives. That's a big no-no. They lied about the trillion dollar tax for Obamacrap care. They are still lying about it even as the Supreme Court Justices proved to the American people that they lied. Obama is still going on the sure thing that there are still enough dumb ass citizens that will keep going along with the scam because they are too dumb to do otherwise. Once an arrogant liar always an arrogant liar. That sealed his fate in November.

Americans have something for all you liars and scammers in November. You know it's coming but just like all the other dumb asses that Obama is counting on you just can't admit Obama is a huge failure and the worst president in the history of the United States. You'll learn the hard way that it is possible to fool most of us ONCE but don't try it a second time. You will get put in your place in a very big way. You f*cked with my kids future. You will lose.

So Obamacare is nothing more than the largest tax increase in the history of the world. And the people who were characterizing it as such were right and were telling the truth. We have the biggest tax increase in the history of the world right in the middle of one of this country's worst recessions. In fact, as the vice president said yesterday, a depression for millions of Americans. The chief justice of the United States Supreme Court, John Roberts, said, "It is not our job to protect the people from the consequences of their political choices." Not our job.

Well, what about when we are deceived? The court upheld a law that was not what we were told it would be. What has been upheld here is fraud, and the Internal Revenue Service has just become Barack Obama's domestic army. That is what we face now. We were deceived. Obamacare was a lie. It was a stealth tax on all Americans, and nobody knew it until today. Not officially. Obama told George Stephanopoulos it wasn't a tax. And Stephanopoulos was trouble-making for trying to suggest otherwise.
