Pole dancing is a form of performing art, a combination of dancing and gymnastics. It involves dancing sensually with a vertical pole.

Advanced pole dancing requires significant strength, flexibility and endurance. Upper body and core strength are important to proficiency, which takes time to develop.

Pole dancing is now regarded as a recognized form of exercise and can be used as both an aerobic and anaerobic workout. Recognized schools and qualifications are being developed as pole dancing increases in popularity.

If anyone is interested in learning, please e-mail me at poledancing@rocketmail.com. Leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Or you can check out my facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Pole-Dancing-Le...

I teach out of my own home. It's more comfortable, also provides privacy for those who do not want any publicity with pole dancing.

Mon - Thu: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Fri - Sun: 8:00 am - 10:00 pm

Single:$20.00 an hour.
Group:(no more than 4 at a time)$60.00 an hour

What's the best way to install a pole in your home? I don't want something complicated but wants it to be safe. I see poles advertised to be "easy to install" yet they ARE trying to sell a product. Advice?

Can you teach me how to hang upside down from the top of the pole so I don't fall and knock myself out on the floor below?

I have the 2010 X Pole. One of the best you can buy. They are costly. But the top and bottom base is so wide that it holds itself in place once properly installed. Its basically just measurements, and turning til its tightened. They also sell cheaper poles at the mall. I have one of those as well. The only way to use those and insure that they dont fall is by literally mounting them into your ceiling. You must be able to find the studs in your ceiling before doing so.

Then your not the kind of person I even want to help. You can be a wh0re on your own time. Not mine. I have no respect for people like that.

I am only looking for people who seriously want to learn. If anyone is serious and wants to take lessons, send me an e-mail

Chinese Checkers is going to be an Olympic sport in a couple of years. I'd be glad to take your money in exchange for teaching you how to play. <rolls eyes>

Because pole dancing is a widely respected sport and associated with high class establishments the world over.

Really, do me a favor and grab something sharp like a pair of scissors. Now just take off running down the street. Close your eyes at four second intervals. Maybe, we will all get lucky.

What is your problem?? It's not like I am advertising to teach wh0res how to pole dance! Since you have the time to get on here with your rude indecent comments, then why don't you take the time and actually look up what pole dancing is all about?? They have actual world wide competitions with pole dancing. It's not just for strippers in a club. It's a competitive sport that takes a lot of strength and competitiveness. Your probably just some sort of fat a$$ that can't even walk around your house without losing your breath! Stop being such a loser. Seriously. Maybe you should do yourself a favor and grab something sharp. Your a jack a$$.

I just want to add to anyone else who has nothing but negative comments.........

Some people want to learn this sport. And it IS in fact a sport. Some people actually enjoy it. There are of course those who will always look down on it. I figured there would be. If you want to leave your hateful comments and act as if this is such a disgrace, then go ahead. I am no longer going to post on this after today. My contact information is listed if you want to get in touch with me. I have no time for petty idiots with their small pea-brained heads stuck up their a$$. I got better things to do. All I wanted was to post on any site I could to offer services to teach anyone willing to learn. With that being said, everyone have a nice day. Even you haters.

I think you meant to say 'you're'...the contraction right?

You would know how funny your statement is regarding my level of physical fitness and professional accomplishments if you knew anything about me.:)

In the sport of ferret legging, competitors tie their trousers at the ankles before placing two ferrets inside and securely fastening their belts to prevent the ferrets from escaping. Each competitor then stands in front of the judges for as long as he can.

Hey, look...another 'sport'.

All the best to you, Instructor. That stuff is prolly not nearly as easy as a good dancer makes it look. I don't know about it as a sport, but in the privacy of a home is very much appreciated by the menfolk. Much like what you (all) provide as a service for us!
