Congrats! Your great <ahem> customer service has not
Between 01/10/11 and 02/13/11, the following companies have failed to respond, within the time requested, to certified letters regarding at least one unresolved consumer/ business complaint. A company is not legally obligated to respond to the Bureau, but failure to do so will be made a part of their three year customer experience record in their public reliability report. Being on this list does not necessarily mean a business is "bad" but doing business with it might be risky! Please check with the BBB to see if any of the following businesses has cleared up an unanswered complaint.

It's no wonder they are on the BBB's list with the most complaints. Management does Not care if the equipment remains broken for months at a time. My workout partner and I counted a total of 4 out of 10 older treadmills and 3 out of 10 newer treadmills at the Palumbo location with broken or fuzzy Cardio Theatres. This means ur headphones are useless. By the way, they've been like this for several months.

And those little buckets for buisness cards are worthless. Every person gets called back with a chance to "win a membership". You go in, get the sales man talk, and draw a slip of paper that will give you say the first months membership free. Not exactly a prize.

Would have to agree with all that has been said here. It is very frustrating.

Bump this up.

Its like the old Gold's Gym to me. Sleezy car salesman/politician types running the place. Rumor has it that the HUGE house in the back of Champions subdivision belongs to the owner of Urban Active.

there are a bunch of young clueless types running the place and upper management and owners don't seem to know what's going on. Or don't give a rat's ass.
When Royce Pulliam started World Gym - and it used to be on Richmond Road near where Burlington Coat Factory is, it was run well because they were hands-on. No more.

Well, the link didn't work right. Just Google it. Steelers partners are now involved. This is what happens when a company gets too big and forgets it's roots.

Noticed upper management was in town yesterday. I hope they were taking notes and making some observations.
