This place should have been shut down year's ago. we have the only town i know of that lets 13 year old's drink in bar's. when i was a kid richmond bars where great everybody went there was never much trouble maybe an occasional fight untill the blacks took over then they went to hell stabbings fights shooting we need to take them back from these gangster wanna be's

Some one know's what i'm talking about. this bar is spilt up between the blacks & whites. or lets say that's the way it was the last time i was there. blacks on one side & white on the other. with eastern getting in this. i would think a white boy shot the black boy. but i forgot, Eastern now own's part of richmond. water st. is in eastern now. these thugs from lexington come over here all the time, so hopefully it was one thug shooting the other. i do wish that this man die's. maybe it will wake this sorry piece of shit town up. but we know it wont. richmond is about nothing but alcohol, always has been, always will, there is nothing here but drunks drugs & stupid people, after hour bars are for perverts here in richmond. the police does not police these places. teenage girl's under 15 getting shitfaced & giving head under the table. i saw this myself. black men pimping out white girls. this is the real richmond, go take a look for yourself if you do not believe me.

I just have to comment. i don't care if it was thug on thug black or black or white on white or even black on white.... I can't believe theses people's comments. Let Him die? What they hell death is not the answer to anything. I don't care comments like this lead to more violence and violence does not end violence. love ends it. My prayers go out to the shooters family and the family of the victim. That is the way the comments should have went. Both families are hurting. Both families need the community to pull together to end this violence that has hurt our country for decades. Stop the violence by listening to each other and stop the violence by leading by example. That's my take on all this comment stuff. God Bless

we have enuff wars without starting one here people need to grow up and realize life is too short to continue like this....all people are created equal and every one is responsible for their own actions! everyone needs to respect LIFE!

I wrote an article to the editor of the local paper over two years ago predicting this very thing. 3am is not the time for all these young people to be in a place that lets them drink! They don't serve it , but it is there. Most of the patrons are from surrounding counties that come here because there own county doesn't allow this type activity. Why can't our city commission close this place down with a city ordinance. At least let the owner pay for the extra police to keep it under control not the taxpayers.

I agree. Unfortunately your comment assumes that everyone is capable of respecting life. The harsh reality is that there are those that have not one shred of morality or respect for anyone or anything, and they never will. Can you convince a dog with rabies to not bite you by saying the right thing? Absolutely not, nor can you ever convince some people that life has meaning or value.
If this were a perfect world there would be a non-violent solution. Alas, it isn't a perfect world and those who have no respect for human life are laughing at the non-violent posts and bragging about who they've emptied a clip into. The ONLY thing they respect is a bigger stick wielded by someone that will use it without hesitation.
Not respecting or valuing life is the human equivalent of rabies, an incurable condition with only one resolution. Don't ever make the mistake that rational thinking will ever make an impact on anyone like that. The instant you do and let down your guard is the instant you'll be the victim.
