A bonuS once a year of $100 after taxes is hardly compensating for not getting a raise. I guess we all should sleep our way to the top

This crap is reduclious! If anyone walks into the campus of the hospital would be disgusted with the conditions! FILTH! "there are no funds and we have to cut back" really. Wondering how much money from the state, was given for the hospital, and was used in other Bluegrass projects? Well it's time to find out..... Keep digging....I'm sure it will all come to the surface and everyone on that board needs to be replaced. Shame on you Bluegrass for thriving and prospering on those with mental illness!

I work there and it is complete filth.. Housekeeping is a joke. Roaches and the units reek of piss and shit. The workers do all they can. The board should be forced to stay their a week and live in that filth

I am a former employee of Bluegrass. The way they treat their employees is absolutely sickening. I've been gone from there for a couple of years so I don't know if it has gotten any better. They have rediculously high productivity standards to the point you really can't afford to take your earned sick time and vacation time because you need more direct time with clients in order to keep your job. They were constantly threatening layoffs and cut backs and at one point even took away some of our hourly pay, and that was in addition to having already taken away raises and bonuses. Every employee was constantly on edge. There were several hiring freezes as well, so when someone would get lucky enough to find a better job, other employees would inherit their clients and have an even bigger caseload and have to work harder for no more pay...all because Bluegrass claimed they didn't have the funds to hire a replacement employee. The "chain of command" is ridiculous too. For example, if your computer was down, Heaven forbid you call the IT guy yourself... You'd have to go through your supervisor who'd then have to go through his and so on just to get a work order to work on a computer. And forget trying to ever address a problem with the executives. You'd think you were trying to reach the freakin president. Ahhhh rant over. Sorry so long.
