I am looking for a job that pays considerably better than $8.00 an hour. I think I would be an excellent employee at a newspaper, a television station, a theater, a library, or as a DJ at a radio station or at a night club and, perhaps, I would be good in retail sales ( I would enjoy working at a video game or electronics store). I also think that I could be a good photographer.

I put a lot of effort into running my facebook and into having it be one of the very best around; although to be honest it hasn't proven to be that lucrative to me ( the people on my friends list won't give me a like to say my life, but the fact that so many of them seem to watch what I do in earnest seems to indicate that they do have an interst in what I do even if they won't help me out with a few likes); however, I still think that it reflects my interests and skills many of which could prove useful in the areas of employment that I mentioned above.

You may view my facebook page here https://www.facebook.com/ed.hieronymus to form a proper assessment in your estimation as to whether you think I could obtain employment with your company or firm.

I also have a twitter following of over 700 people ( https://twitter.com/Ed12261973 ) including actresses, authors, and public figures of myriad types in my audience. I know 700 followers is far from the most in the world. On the other hand it's far more followers than some diligent tweeters ever get, and I think it does show that I do know what appeals to people ( much more than my facebook account does)..

And, I have won awards for achievement in selling merchandise of various types on ebay in the past.

Hope to hear from you soon.
Do you have any formal education or job experience? How old are you?

I am building something. Take another look at my facebook page. And there are plenty of people that just "punch keys" to a register and they can buy and sell your burly construction working butt six days a week and f*** your girlfrind on Sundays. Look at most of Hollywood for an example.

No son. I f*** theirs lol. Because I'm a real man and that's what women want. I'm not some big burly redneck. I'm good looking. But I have a real job and work. A woman wants a hard working man. Not some pansy who sells clothes in retail and can't even change oil in a car. Bet u are afraid of spiders too huh

Also, bubs, I'm not gay as many of the posts on my facebook page indicate. I have far better eyes for the ladies than you could ever have, so, with that being the case, it's pretty apparent who the homo is ( with apologies to the gays for lumping you in with them).

You know, there's a reason why there was a Construction Worker in the Village People (

No you don't. "Real men" get the ladies that are 5'2" and 215 pounds because that's all their salary will net for them. By your estimation Marilyn Manson is probably a pansy but he's had many women that are 1,000X hotter than anything you've ever touched (
). Why? Because like me he's vastly more intelligent than you are AND because he has millions.

If you're not illiterate, you will see above and on my Facebook page that I've done far more and I know far more than just how to work at McDonald's.

why didn't you get your teaching certificate or move to NY or CA? I am being serious. With all your education and interests you have certainly had sucky jobs.

I thought I was going to inherit a considerable sum from my father, a prominent and wealthy Kentucky-based attorney, and my father's parents that basically raised me that I was going to use to take me to those places, but in the 1990s my grandparents both came down with Alzheimer's Disease and my parents divorced.

Since my dad was friends with the judge and Kentucky is a No Fault Divorce State, my mom a school teacher didn' t receive anything in their divorce (though she had put up with years of abuse and cheating from my father ) and she almost had to pay spousal support to my dad and then in 1997 my grandmother died, in 1998 my father died of a sudden heart attack on March 8th leaving all his assets to his third wife ( he married two times in the 1990s after divorcing my mom ) of two years (my mother was married to him for 30 years), and my grandfather died in 1999 leaving all that they had to my father's younger brother.

In the following years, I was left destitute and I didn't know how to properly cope with my new station in life, so while trying to find shortcuts to compete for the same good things in life that I thought I would have had if I'd received my inheritance, I got myself into quite a bit of trouble which has kept me poor and unable to really find any worthwhile employment during the ensuing years.

Ed what is your fascination with all those you tube videos?

If you put half the effort into finding a fast food job as you do posting comments and links, you 'd be at work right now!

I'm not going to waste my time arguing with fools and idiots like yourself. I've mentioned my accomplishments and background at length in previous posts in this thread. If you think that you're in any way in my league, jack, why don't you discuss some of your own or prove that you even have any? In response to your last statement, B, Go F yourself!!!!!!!!!!

What does having a facebook page and a twitter account have to do with getting a good paying job. Facebook and twitter are a waste of time.

I can understand why you don't have a good paying job if you think facebook or any other website is going to get you anywhere in the business world. I guess when you are serving your clients at McDonalds you can talk to them about your twitter account. I guess companies are not looking for people to put on movie nights. LMAO

They display some of my myriad talents and my spheres of knowledge. If you're not as knowledgeable about music as I am, for example, then you're not going to be able to put together a music block comparable to the ones that I can put together. If you don't possess the same knowledge of movies that I do, then you're not going to be able to put together comparable movie nights.
People that have discerning eyes and that are highly knowledgeable in the same fields that I am should be able to look at what I put together there and see that I am above average at what I am doing, and, then, if they have a business in a related field that has an available position that they would like to fill, they should contact me.
And, no, facebook, and twitter are not wastes of time. I can assure that many models, journalists, and otherwise talented individuals have been discovered through social media venues including twitter and facebook.

Companies might or might not be, I can't speak for all of them, but there are people in this world looking for individuals that do have wide and divergent bodies of knowledge under their skull caps.
And, the movie nights that I put on rival the very best that you'll ever find anywhere ,and if Movie Nights are worthless, then how can you explain the fact that the people that run Turner Classic Movies, The SyFy Channel, AMC, TMC, and several more cable television channels put on several movie nights each week, and they can all buy and sell you millions of times over?
Perhaps you should have put some science and mathematics under your skull cap. All of those "soft" courses in religion, psychology, philosophy, etc., apparently have not amounted to a hill of beans. In spite of your education, your strategy appears to have been the opposite of smart.

Your first mistake was counting on someone else's money.
Your second mistake was and is laziness.

I can speak for companies, I hire people for a major US corporation and I have yet to look at one of the applicants facebook pages or ask them about their twitter account. We don't have movie night, and all the things you speak to have no use in business. In fact if you list your facebook page, twitter account, or movie and music knowledge you will never get a call back about your application.
