anyone tried to sign up for this healthcare? anyone looked at the prices? anyone believe you can always keep your same doctor? Anyone believe anything this Obummer says? Anyone believe that he was not aware of possible glitches in his program? And yes you correct if you assume that I don't like this man at all! He is ruining our country.

Obama is a failure and a disaster for our nation. They say millions have signed up but if you don't have insurance by the deadline you are fined. You can't call a product successful if people are going to be punished financially and legally if they don't buy it.

Obama is the worst president this nation has had. This is just another part of his plan to ruin the U. S.

The sign up won't even work, how the he!! is the program supposed to work? People, once Obamacare is implemented the gov. from then on will say if you are worth the money to save your life. This is true. Not a joke. That is how social ins. works. When you get past 65 yrs. old it will be at their discretion as to the amount of treatment you get. You at some point will just get pain meds to ease you on out of this world. Just ask other people from countries who already have social ins. They can't turn you down, but they do not have to use heroic and agressive treatments on you. The young and healthy will get better care. Search out Social Insurance.

If you are looking for health insurance in Kentucky you need to go to kynect.com ....not the federal site.

yes you can go to that site but unfortunately it too is a joke. you are still paying outrageous fees for your health care. In most cases our monthly rates were lower than they are now since the OBummer plan came into being. It, and all the other state sites are simply a take off from the government sites. you are paying for everything that Obummer wants. and we will still pay more as the subsidies given look good on the surface BUT you and I, the taxpayers will pay for all these subsidies so there are no free rides.

Correct..We are not actually under Federal AHC (Obama care), we are under the state Kynect exchange. Ky. chose not to go with the Feds. Had more states had set up their own exchange it would not have been in as big of a mess as it is. We have Rand Paul to thank for his help in this.

You are right also, but the management by state rather than federal is easier to deal with. The costs will be no different. Millions of workers are getting letters that they are being dropped by their current ins. plans. Many will now have to pay more under Obama care than they did through their current policies because AHC assistance goes by income. This is to support those who can't afford health ins. at current rates. You are right "whoa1" Obama care is in no way free!! Someone has to pay for it. It will help some, but will hurt others. Why couldn't they leave private ins. alone and just expand medicaid to include more than they do now. If they dropped all the whores who have 5 illigitimate babies it would pretty much cover the well deserved low income class. Make these "baby Daddies" pay the bills for the seeds they have sown.

Once you sign up for this destructive benefit, and
it really is NOT a benefit, you can never get off...you're "one & done"!!! And they will have all your personal information....shame on our governor for sinking Kentuckians into this terrible abyss. Only 13 states have signed into this mess, this so-called Obamamania fiasco health
care.

I dare say that most of the commenters don't know what they are talking about, and most of these people will qualify for Medicade when they actually sign up in which case they won't have to pay anything for the Obamacare coverage. Under the expanded Medicade program anyone making less than $45,000 per year can qualify for Medicade and they do not have to purchase a policy in which they have to pay the monthly insurance premium. Obomacare is a great program, and 10 years from now people will like it just as much as they like social security now. And, if you need healthcare you'll be glad you've got it.

First of all, medicaid has been expanded to include a larger income so people who do work will qualify.(Which in my opinion should have been done a long time ago... now it is not JUST for women who have several children out of wedlock) Before the AHCA, how on earth could a man,(or woman) making $10-15 per hour afford a family health plan, that generally costs $1000 per month... they COULD NOT! Now they have the opportunity to provide this for their families.

You need to inform urself.....ur just believing what the "mainstream media" is putting out, which is bogus info. Noobamacare is the worst travesty that has hit our country since the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor. Enlighten urself to what is really involved in this "mess", all 2134 pages of the bill.

If Obamacare is so good wouldn't you think the Senate the House and yes the President would want to be on this plan. Obama has given special exemption to big labor unions GE Google and many large corporations that support him.
Why? Because it will destroy businesses. This will wreck the US think jobs are hard to get know it will only get worse. The only way business can remain is to hire mostly part time.
There is much more to this than the main stream media will tell you. Even the major designer of Obamacare says it's a train wreck, and that's an understatement

Many people that support this will be changing there mind when they loose there doctors and experience death panels when the IRS determines who gets what treatment.
You won't support it when your grandmother breaks a hip and they won't fix it because she to old. It will eventually happen.
