Actually, I thought they weren't illegal and that's why everybody is using/abusing them?

Anyhow, I've heard of one store in the area selling them, but I don't know that it's true.

Yeah, like they don't use and abuse the illegal ones.

Well of course they do, but a lot of them are going to go after the ones that are legal if they can first so they can avoid being arrested.

It surprises me you don't use them, instead of pushing to legalize Pot.

There are no illegal bath salts. They are marketed and labeled not for human consumption. (like that's gonna stop anyone). The State is working on legislation to make them illegal, but they will have to write the law that only lawyers can understand and it'll give the users more time to abuse them.

Don't use any drugs (legal or illegal) and I don't "push" to legalize pot. I've said and still think it should be legal but I make no effort (or "push") for it to happen.

This is just a small example what it is like for a drug that is still legal at this time, can you imagine if they would legalize pot?

Good for the Juniata County DA. he is asking stores to take these drugs off the shelf now instead of waiting the 60 day until the law will not allow them to sell bath salt products.

Could care less about any illegal drug. Don't use them and never did. If a person wants to waste their life and use them then have at it, ain't my problem. It will catch to them sooner or later. I don't live my life worrying about other peoples business.

LPD cared when they arrested the three people that broke into the Valley st UNI-MART to get bath salt products.

I believe that you'll find that MCRPD arrested them and LPD just filed the charges. They were too busy "securing the scene" with all their officers.

Casual is correct. MCRPD apprehended (caught, detained, arrested) them allowing Lyin' Bill and the the boys in blue to file the charges. The crime occurred in Lewistown where LPD has jurisdiction and authority. They did the paperwork while MCRPD did the real work.

A front page story in todays Sentinel seems like they have some informants to collect evidence on the Store selling drugs to school children.
