I believe the governor's cuts did not go far enough. He can drug test people on benefits. The U.S. Supreme Court says so. If a program is voluntary, then they can drug test. I do not believe that people who get low income should get the same amount of food stamps as people who pays full rent. The reason why they get that amount is because they qualify for HEAP. People who are in low income, should not receive HEAP. They should only be on it five years. Low income should be for families only. It should not be for single men and women. Most of the low class people hang out in the park smoking pot, drinking alcohol. and smoking cigarettes. They also do that at Twin's Variety. There are certain stores that should not allow low class people like Twin's that sell nonfood items to food stamp recipients. They also sell booze and tobacco to minors. If you see anyone drinking, doing drugs, or smoking while on government benefits, please call the state. You can put their names on a list in this postings. You do not need to put your real name.
