Cavalier bingo future in doubt
The Cavalier Club Bingo Hall located in the Promenade Mall on Lisbon Street in Lewiston abruptly shut down on June 1. The hall's bingo license is the subject of a pending administrative hearing by the Maine State Police.

I think it is a shame. Cavalier Bingo has provided so much entertainment to the community - it was not just the bingo but the entertainment as well - This will be a big loss for the community if they do not reopen and if the whole situation does not get resolved with the state. They have provided a safe enviroment for the eldery, young adults, and handicap individuals and they truly care about the community. I hope we see their doors open again real soon.....
