If you asked the people of Lewiston, they mutter under their breaths and complain at every restaurant and bar that their town and way of life suffered destruction by a foreign invasion.

The Federal government has breeched its Constitutionally required duty under Article IV, Section IV to protect citizens and states from foreign invasion, instead choosing to play politics with the law and mislabeling the invasion (of an estimated 20-38 million armed and unarmed Mexican citizens and another 4-8 million non-Mexicans) as merely unfortunate--ignoring the $300+ BILLION negative annual impact on our economy and landslide of negative and deadly impacts on American citizens.

----------

"The People are the masters of both congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert it!" -- Abraham Lincoln

The general misconception is that any statute passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the laws of the land. The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and any stature, to be valid, must be in agreement.

It is impossible for a law which violates the Constitution to be valid. This is succinctly stated as follows:

"Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them."
Miranda vs. Arizona

"An unconstitutional act is not law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties; affords no protection; it creates no office; it is in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed."
Norton vs. Shelby County

"All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void." Marbury vs. Madison

The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of its enactment, and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it.
"No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it."
16 Am Jur 2d, Sec 177
late 2d, Sec 256

The people are the source of all political power, and all of government is limited by our state and federal constitutions. However, the constitutions do not defend themselves; they just sit there. Citizens must defend constitutions against unconstitutional acts by those wielding governmental power.

Join with fellow citizens in restoring Constitutional Order to our nation -- the hour is late and our Constitution and nation must be defended...

Good article, good post reply Patriot. Balkinization and the negative effects of such is not something the liberal media will even talk about and it is truly sickening.

When's the last time you read a story in mainstream media addressing the hardships American families are facing as a result of illegal aliens invading their communities?

I have yet to read a single article anywhere in mainstream media across this nation.

Balkanization is so misunderstood. I in fact think it's an antiquated notion.

The rule states it's an "attempt to deceive the baserunner". Well, almost everything a pitcher does prior to his windup/stretch (and during for lefties) is an attempt to deceive the runner. Eliminate the "deception" clause and focus on the rules - what a pitcher can and cannot do. Leave intent out of it.

Since we're talking about what media can and cannot do ... they can cover the negative effects of balkinization and it appears that their intent is, not too.

Support this bill

By Andrew Doud
Reporter
Published: January 13, 2009

A proposed bill in The House could raise awareness to a problem one congressman says is plaguing our nation.

Congressman Walter Jones says the number of illegal immigrants who break the law is on the rise and he wants the government to track them down.

Jones says there is no clear way to get statistics on crimes committed by illegal immigrants, but people have the right to know.

Heís introduced H.R. 150,ďThe Illegal Alien Crime Report Act.Ē

It would require law enforcement to report if criminal suspects are in this country illegally.

The proposed law has three main points. First, it would require states to submit statistics on crimes committed by illegalís to get money from Homeland Security.

It would also require federal agencies to submit data on the criminal activity of illegalís and finally it would require the FBI to compile the information in an annual publication.

North Carolina Representative Sue Myrick is one of the original billís cosponsors.

Congressman Jones says the next step is to get a House hearing on the legislation.

You know your country is over-poplated when its citizens are beginning to questions its governments immigration policies. The United States LEGALLY takes in over a million people a year, we have become a dumping ground for the over breeding masses of humanity. I'm personally glad the economy is in the crapper because now, perhaps, we will begin to understand the real problems of the world. Over population. The fact that we are heading toward a predictable future if the worlds population keeps going up and up to 12 billion or what ever. The earth will only hold so many people before everything breaks down, kind of like whats happening right now. Illegal aliens are only one symptom of this problem. Why are Mexicans coming here, to find work because Mexico has too many uneducated Catholic citizens. There church tells them it is a sin to use birth control, so they breed like mad, and thus Mexico city is now the worlds largest. Wake people!

What irritates me about our useless politicians and government is they are forcing us to pay for illegal immigration. They have done so since 1965 without ever filing a bill to stop it. Why hasnít the federal government provide a financial study on the cost to taxpayers at the federal, state, and local levels? We have had illegal immigration forced on us since Fat Teddy Kennedy started pushing open immigration upon us in 1965. Since 1982, the useless Supreme Court ruled we had to pay for educating illegal alien children in grades K-12. What has this cost? Since 1985, our politicians have forced us to pay for free medical care. What has this cost us?
Please take the time to call your politicians and demand the federal government provide a study on the overall cost since 1965 and break it down by federal, state, and local governments. They then need to break it down by category such as education, medical, law enforcement, etc. We are broke and they continue bringing in legal and illegal aliens to take what jobs we still have and then put them on welfare so we pay for that also. Stand up and demand for their accountability!

The people that are in Congress in Washington, tell us they cannot deport 12+ million illegal aliens.

We pay more to illegal's in welfare than it would cost to deport them!

During the Great Depression President Hoover ordered the deportation of ALL illegal aliens in order to make jobs available to Americans that desperately needed work.

Truman deported over two million Illegal's after WWII to create jobs for returning veterans.

Then again in 1954, Eisenhower deported 1.3 million Mexican nationals!

The program was called 'Operation Wetback'
so that American WWII and Korean veterans
had a better chance at jobs.

It took 2 Years but they deported them!

Now, if they could deport the illegal's back then, they can sure do it today!

Its not "fair" we are paying their taxes, wel-fair, and for them to send money to their country. If they are so madly angry with their own country why do they still stand by their flag? Why don't they try holding up the red white and blue? Why should I have to press #1 for English when I am calling a business? They are traumatizing OUR country with the Mexican mafia. So how are we preventing gangs and guns from the street when they can just make themselves comfortable here for FREE with the Suranos, Lomas, Latin King, MS-13, Diamond st, and ..........
Look at the Crime rate. So the people who do think that its okay for them to stay then they should be obligated to pay there taxes, welfare, kids, education, jobs (who the illegal takes away from US Americans), Funerals, Kids (the illegals who impregnate Americans and just walks away from "responsibility")-Ki ds gone FATHERLESS-. What are we gaining with them here besides MIsSORY? We are a failed country. We are in danger. Its only going to get worse unless we do something about it NOW! Any suggestions?
Marcus: there is no noise for you buddy!
The only noise i have for you is that you are agents Obami.

Immigrants want to be here. Most are hard workers. In fact, they're doing the work previous immigrants, including the French from Quebec, now refuse to do. Republicans want the immigrants here to keep the cost of labor down and profits high for their rich, business owning constituents. Democrats want the immigrants here to increase votes for their party candidates at election time. You can't have it both ways. You can't both want them as slave labor, but not provide welfare benefits for themselves and their families because their wages are too low or seasonal.
