Why do white people think they're better than everybody else? All their ancestors ever did is run around spreading hatred, conflict and disease wherever they went. What's so great about that?

They also invented cars, airplanes, telephone, light bulbs, raidio, antibiotics, and most of the other things you take for granted.

Lewis Latimer (1848–1928) invented an important part of the light bulb — the carbon filament. Latimer worked in the laboratories of both Thomas Edison and Alexander Graham Bell.

Elijah McCoy (1843–1929) invented an oil-dripping cup for trains.Other inventors tried to copy McCoy's oil-dripping cup. But none of the other cups worked as well as his, so customers started asking for "the real McCoy." That's where the expression comes from.

Otis Boykin (1920–1982) invented the electronic control devices for guided missiles, IBM computers, and the pacemaker.

Dr. Patricia. E. Bath (1949–) invented a method of eye surgery that has helped many blind people to see.

George Monroe and William Robinson are thought to be the first black Pony Express riders. At one point Monroe was also a stagecoach driver for President Ulysses S. Grant and would navigate through the curving Wanona Trail in the Yosemite Valley. Monroe Meadows in Yosemite National Park is named for George Monroe.

Buffalo Soldiers is a name respectfully given to the African–American cavalries during the 1800s by the Native American Kiowa tribe. These soldiers received second-class treatment and were often given the worst military assignments, but had the lowest desertion rate compared to their white counterparts. The Buffalo Soldiers served in the Spanish American war, various Indian wars and helped to settle the west by installing telegraph lines, and protecting wagon trains and new settlements. More than 20 Buffalo Soldiers have received the highest military award, the medal of Honor –the most any military unit has ever received.

Booker Taliaferro Washington (April 5, 1856 – November 14, 1915) was an African-American educator, author, orator, and advisor to Republican presidents

George Alcorn-Inventor of the Imaging X-ray Spectrometer

Benjamin Banneker-Invented America's First Clock

Marie Van Brittan Brown-Home Security Inventions

George Washington Carver-Inventor of Over 300 Peanut Products such as making cooking oil, axle grease and printer's ink...PEANUT BUTTER!!

George Crum-Inventor of Potato Chips

Dr. Charles Drew-Blood Bank Inventor

Kenneth J. Dunkley-3-D Viewing Glasses and Holography

Dr. Philip Emeagwali-Inventor of the World's Fastest Computer

Garrett A. Morgan-Traffic Signal and Gas Mask Inventor

Christopher P. Adams- Method for performing amplification of nucleic acid with two primers bound to a single sol the calculations

Benjamin Banneker- the calculations to predict solar and lunar eclipses and to compile an ephemeris for the Benjamin Banneker`s Almanac.

I don't have enough time to list everything, look it up yourselves!!

Of course, they invented antibiotics. They had to have something to combat all the illness they contracted and spread due to their unclean lifestyles. Black plague, anyone?

That's quite a compilation, GoodGrief. I've always liked Vivien Thomas. He and Alfred Blalock (not black, but still cool) invented bypass heart surgery.

WONDERFUL JOB -THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!! That should "shutup" some of my fellow citizens - I don't think most people realize we are all from somewhere else, none of us are "pure" anything. God made use all and we should be happy that no two persons are alike.

Actually if one were to delve deeper most of these are found to be a myth. For instance, the first known operating traffic signal was invented in England.

He may not have done it first, but he did it better. The version you're referring to exploded, killing its operator less than a year after its invention.

By your argument, Walmart invented the retail model. Oh, and peanut butter is a recipe not an invention.

OH and peanut butter was my personal addition, lmao, but

1

: discovery, finding

2

: productive imagination : inventiveness

3

a: something invented: as (1): a product of the imagination; especially: a false conception (2): a device, contrivance, or process originated after study and experiment b: a short keyboard composition featuring two- or three-part counterpoint

4

: the act or process of inventing

Examples of INVENTION

The light bulb was one of the most important inventions of the 19th century.
The stories he told about his military service were just inventions.
His explanation was pure invention.
Parts of the movie were accurate, but much of it was invention.
the invention of a new product
the invention of a false story
an artist with exceptional powers of invention
I believe peanut butter fits in nicely with the definition of invention anyways.

Here's the funny thing. "Black is beautiful" is a "myth," according to white supremacist Americans, BUT white women spend hundreds of dollars on tanning supplies and trips to the tanning bed, so they can have dark skin like ours. They spend money on hair products and trips to the beauty parlor so they can have hair that's thick and curly like ours. Then they go out and get collagen injections, so they can have full lips like ours. And I don't even know how much those things cost! They just hate us 'cause they ain't us. They have to PAY for what God gave us for free.

This might be true, but the difference is that the white women bathe and don't stink.
