$4.00/hr Pizza Drivers?

Pizza delivery drivers only make about $4.00 per hour + tips. They don't get re-embursed for thier milage,or gas cost. Please tip your pizza driver.

If what you make in tips, along with the $4.00 an hour, doesn't add up to at least minimun wage your employer has to make up the difference. I am almost certain of that.

First off which pizza place are we talking, because most start out alot higher than that, so that covers the cost of gas and everything else necessary. Your boss is either lying, or some of you are becoming a little to greedy and wanting more money by saying you start out this low. So if you are at $4/hr. you do get paid the difference on your pay checks to make at least minimum wage. If not, then your boss would be breaking the law.

I know for a fact pizza hut hires drivers at min wage plus tips and i think they get a dollar or two of the delivery fee every time. Everyone should expect to add at least a five for a tip but you are making more than four dollars an hour!
