listen here miss gvg i know that you are against wearing pjs in public. i saw one incident where it was inapproriate, there was an old dude standing outside in his pjs and there was a big hole in the very front and guess what fell out-that was very improper but he kept right on talking oblivious to the problem but he had a snootful.unlike you i felt like it was him but not me and everyone else approved, now if you are going to go out in your pjs wear a robe or trench coat if you have a hole in the front

Wow I cannot believe how stupid this post actually is, I actually get a good laugh about the streaking comments though lol! As far as the actual post it seems I must be lazy if I go to the store after work instead of showering and changing my boots? I must also be a lazy welfare bum if I run to the store to get some smokes in flip flops, shorts, and t shirt (considering shorts are my pajamas) or is there a certain kind of pajamas that would classify me as lazy? Maybe its based on sex a female is lazy but a man isn't well please enlighten me as to what these standards are so that I may be sure to dress to your standards geez. Regarding going to court or a job interview common senses dictates you dress accordingly but everyone else can kiss my a$$ if they expect me to dress to a higher standard just to go to Walmart or Kroger's.

gvg-if one of your relatives put on a pair of pajamas and said lets go out to eat or go shopping even if they were silk what would you tell them-hey negative i am overweight and lost some weight. i dont judge people on how they look or dress-its their actions that make them a great person.i think next time i go out in my gown i will purchase some bibbed overalls for a special occassion.

mr naked- if i go out with you i am still going to wear my granny gown with my tie up boots because i get cold easily.i have a body i am not to proud of even though i lost weight i prefer to keep it covered. i still got more to lose.so no matter who i date i will wear a gown. i am 60ish-all jokes aside on that but young at heart. just dont like wearing nuthing but gowns and sweat pants. this old dude calls me the nightgown woman. asked me if i liked going out to eat and dancing. i said can i wear my nightgown-there went my night. so i am sorry mr naked.
Dammit, Old lady. Live a little. You can keep your gown, on as long as I can go naked. You don't mind, do you?

i am going out with mr naked in public and make sure it is crowded, i will request he wear a neck tie and flip flops and a sock. i have never dated a naked man before but i will be brave enough not to wear sunglasses. he is not going to be streaking just standing by my side naked as a jaybird

Thank you! An I could give a sht less if someone like GVG is looking down her nose at me. I personally don't wear pajamas in public but I'm not going to judge someone who does.

@ old lady The scenarios you mentioned would never happen. If it's sold in the Sleepwear section of a department store neither me nor my immediate relatives would wear it out in public. End of story. It COMPLETELY goes against our character. If something takes you less than a minute to do, and you still don't wanna do it, no matter how you try to slice it, that's LAZY. And we weren't raised that way. End of story. BUT, there are two occasions when you might spy one of us out and about in our nightclothes: Spirit Week, as I have younger brothers and sisters still in school, OR a costume party. But under those circumstances, pajamas could be considered appropriate attire, so our standards aren't really being compromised.

You know what my problem is with the bulk of you people who like to wear your pajamas in public? You DO it, but you won't OWN it. If I was the type that liked to wear my PJs in public, I wouldn't make any excuses for it. I'd say,'Yeah. I like to wear my pajamas wherever I go. Yeah, I know that makes me look lazy. Yeah, I know people give me strange looks and wonder wtf is wrong with me. But I DON'T CARE.' But all of you DO CARE, or you wouldn't be so defensive.....but there is no defense for it. If you want to wear your pajamas in public, but don't give me a bunch of BS responses as to why. It's because you're lazy. OWN it. THAT, at least, earns some modicum of respect.

You are definitely right about that. If you are going to go out in public, you shouldn't get angry at anyone for speakin' their mind about your clothes. If you really don't care what you wear out in public, why get mad? You are gonna do it anyway. When I go out I go naked. I'm proud of it, and I own it. I'm not gonna put on clothes for anybody.... and by proud of 'it', I'm sure y'all know what I mean.---- On a totally different topic, Hey GVG, Did I see in another thread that you mentioned that you were black? Not that it makes any difference to me. I was just curious. The next thing you know, people would just start giving you sh*t for that.

I didn't get mad for wearing sweats in public until I wa called LAZY for doing so. Why does that make me lazy? I'm showered. My hair is combed. I am dressed and I look cute. So what they're sweats. I like how they feel more than jeans and they probably cost just as much as your jeans and I look good in them. But still that makes me lazy. Right.

GVG your posts always have an air of arrogance in their tone. I believe in your last post you said "own up and you do care" and I just wanted to test your comprehension of the actual words "I don't care and you can kiss my a$$ if you don't like it" I believe it is pretty cut and dry in that I personally don't care. If you wish to get psychological about things I would be glad to point out that your excessive trolling just to get people riled up shows that you may be lacking in self confidence, for example you always speak of how well to do you are and how "great your significant other is". I would almost be willing to be that you live precariously thru the internet whether it be on facebook showing how "great" you are doing, or on here anonymously to exaggerate a bit more. I would also be lead to believe that you have a possible complex and low self image feeling the need to degrade what others wear when someone who has plenty of self confidence would not bother to care because to each their own and to worry that much about others goes to show that your life really is not very exciting. I will speak from experience due to the fact that I have lived in many different places that the ones who look down their nose at others are the ones who get spoke worse of then the ones who are true to themselves and go around not to impress anyone but can hold their heads up and look people like you directly in the eyes while people with attitudes such as yours would have to divert their eyes due to their own self deficiencies.

Indeed, I am. Since the day I was born and till the day I die. And believe you me, I've had to take an assload of crap because of it. But, you know what? I, honestly, don't care what people say about me. I know who I am, and if other people can't deal with it, that's THEIR tough luck lol

You do realize giving someone crap over their race is just as ignorant as giving someone crap about the clothes they wear.

It's a good thing this isn't a game show 'cause you would've lost BIG. And I said 'OWN it'' not 'own up.' Your powers to accurately capture a quote are as inadequate as your powers of perception. Would you like to go double or nothing?

I see you lose again because both own up and own it have similar meaning with the point being you wish someone to "own up" to their actions saying to "own it" would technically be incorrect in the context you that you used it unless we are counting "slang" as proper english. If you would like to have a battle of wits I would assure you that you are out of your league. I do not come on here making personal attacks on people but I do enjoy pointing out the ignorance of those such as yourself. Let me point out a few of your flaws. You say you don't care what others think of you yet I have seen you on numerous posts getting defensive by what others have to say about you yet when someone gets defensive on what you have to say they are proving your point (when in actuality when you say that, you are proving your ignorance). Your response to the question of race put you in defense mode real quick because it is obvious you were "born black" and will "die black" when a simple yes would suffice yet you had to go into a rant of how much crap you have taken for it. YOU have verified my statement of your low self esteem and self image and I can now forgive you for all of your trolling because I see that with advances in technology you are able to hold your head up and put others down anonymously (in retaliation of all you have had to put up with) without having your own faults brought to light thanks to the internet. On that note it is obvious that you have an average intelligence level but I assure you with your playground "told you so" attitude all you achieve here is making yourself look stupid.
