WOW, jim bought the Greenbrier hotel outright. In my opinion jim is a true wva hero. everyone stands around saying (someone needs to fix the economy) well, he is doing just that on a local scale. I think all of us owe him a huge thanks. Including all of the whiny greenbrier employee's . He just saved your jobs. Think the marriot would have kept you all employed? Let me be the first to say ....THANK YOU MR JUSTICE

My experience with Mr. Justice has been very positive. He honestly appears to care about this area,(unlike our elected officials).

I am in hopes Mr. Justice realized how bad the upper management treated their employees at the GBR. They made others suffer and starting to lose so much. Maybe he will see justice. I don't work at the hotel anymore, but, I am greatful that he bought the GBR Hotel and people
ARE going to get to keep their jobs. Now, if we can get a few more Mr Justice's here in out state of WVa. Thank You!!!!!! We were looking for an angel and God sent us you!

A lot of people would like to see him in public office, however, I would not blame him for not doing so. He has enough on his plate with the GRB, and other business ventures. Someone like Mr. Justice knows not to get in to deep, fixing one mess at a time.

Business man is right... he is not in it to help the employees, he is in it to make more money and have a prestigious title. I bet he didn't buy the Greenbrier just to help out the local economy and save jobs. Produce or reduce that will be the new motto!

Well of course it will be expected to make a profit. Noone would spend that kind of money just to be a hero. But that doesn't mean that he doesn't care about the area and the people at the same time. Let's not start the negative crap just for the sake of stirring the shit.

I bet if this was a topic on the police the "negative crap" would have started 12 posts ago! Just stating my opinion on the matter.

I have heard of Jim doing so much for Gbr East, and so on. We the people on the West end, is still in the same county, or did her forget when throwing money into East!! What about kids on this end who would love and be more grateful then those brats. If Jim wants to be a hero, Why doesnt he buy into West Virginia Mine Power, a local coal company and put my husband back to work. Im sure he would be a hero then. He knows what he is doing, im sure more then those who run it now.. Sooooooooo Go JIm, lets run more coal and get these men back to work.

Of course he wants to benefit himself but the two
dont have to be mutally exclusive employees and employer can both benefit. People dont invest money without hoping to get a return. Would you invest you money without any hopes of a return?

Greenbrier employees and area residents might be interested in reading the 354 comments on Bluestone Coal over at the Welch Forum

Be patient - it's a lot to digest. Might give a clue what we're in for with the Justice family. A coal baron is a coal baron is a coal baron!
