its folks like you who did this to this town, so he gives everyone a second chance, and the fact is it is a Bonding Face Book page, do you not think it would have his clients on it. stones throw at glass???? dont get scared of farrar
This is so grammatically incorrect I don't even know what it means. I think its saying a felony is a requirement to post on the FB page? I think? Or, is it saying a felony, preferably more than one, is a requirement? I did pick up on the fact that the convicted felons posted on the FB page are his "clients". That makes me feel better. Thanks.

Oh and one more thing, it's not him anyone is scared of, it's his cliental.

Folks you really need to think before you vote this time:
Do not vote for the guy you see the most signs posted....that is not always the best vote.
Do not vote out of laziness for the first person on the ballot you recognize from the same sign you just saw.
Do not vote for the guy who just ask "to be considered to have your vote" who had nothing more to say.
Vote for someone who has the city, it's small business's at heart and cares for the people, vote Bill Williams, Lewisburgs only hope for the better.

I think I know Bill. He does not want to change the "good for the people" "country ways" we all grew up loving and cherishing and what makes this city in some ways very unique.

I don't think he is into growth as in making the city bigger but to make life better for us through jobs, enabling this city to be what it once was decades ago....minus any funny business. He wants to help the folks help themselves and he is willing to listen and make fair and balanced decisions based on facts, not hearsay.

I believe he is a smart person who I feel good about at the wheel and I know the right people will like and listen to him. Do your city a favor and get out there and early vote for Bill Williams, we are.

He has no agenda. He only wants to bring Lewisburg back to the way it once was. Proud and positive

By all means check out the candidates before you vote. Dont be swayed by signs. Check out and see if they have an arrest record. If so will you vote for a man with prior arrests. Two candidates have these. If they are elected only God will be able to help Lewisburg. Lewisburg is better than this. No Farror or Dalton.

1. Would he spend the time and effort to attend most all public board meetings?
2. See that the city council meeting and all city board meetings was with in at least 3 days, posted to the internet where all citizens could know what really happen at those meetings?
3. If the city was over charged for street lights for 6 or 7 years would he demand that a full state audit be done at once to see if any other customers had been overcharged also?
4. Would he read and with city attorney's help review all city departments for any problems?
5. would he demand a full state audit before taking office to be sure noting from the past Mayor's is blaimed on him?
If you are truly interested in what really happens at those meetings, why not attend them yourself?

You should invest in some literacy classes. It should be 'clique", not "click".

I highly doubt that. It is easy to say anything on the net. I think Bill is an independant thinker. If he was backed by the robert he would have his name plastered all through the city.

Bingham is tied at the hip to Bob Phillips and David Jent. If you want the 3 stooges running the city vote Bingham. From what I hear Bingham and the good ole boys are sinking fast. I have heard that rats are jumping a sinking ship.

First off, may I note. In contrary, the definition of a bail bonds agent is to release a "person" who is "facing" criminal charges from the custody of law enforcement. No where does it state, it is to give criminals a 2nd chance.

Lewisburg can be made into one nice and very respected little town. People are constantly discussing the bad, the evil and the ugly. If you are aware of the bad, then push to make it right. If you know the evil then pray for them and allow time to work it's course. If ugly bothers you then go somewhere that stands up to your taste. MF has been, done and seen it. It takes a man to want the change. It takes a wise man to make that change happen. My hats off to the guy. I really believe this town will be amazed to see just how respected he is even if he doesn't win the majority. It's a hell of a start and it's a huge step up. Can't say that for most, can't wait to see the turn out.

Stacy, Well said and I am sure he is a fine man, but as resident in this struggling city I am not convinced he can do what he says he wants to do. Besides, I own a business and had the same location for what seems like forever and I have never seen hide nor hair of the man you speak of. I had the pleasure to meet the other two candidates, one expressed his concerns with promoting local small businesses and the other just asked for my vote.
I have to side with B. Williams on this one just based on his sincere attitude towards the position and responsibility it has.

I am sure Bill Williams will be more pro-active in making changes for the good and done in a professional manner. With all that M. Farrar has been through already with the city I see nothing but struggle and continual locking of horns with the council. If he was a maker and shaker, you would think I would of met him at least once.

I know I am in and out all day but I do have employees who can listen on my behalf. Bill W. asked questions, listened to my responses and did not give me the routine head-bob job most folks running would, he responded to my remarks and asked for more concerns. I looked for someone who cared for my thoughts and Bill Williams proved to be that person in my eyes.

As an educated voter...like that ever happened. Nice try.
moral candidates

Lewisburg, TN

Lewisburg has a choice between two candidates of morale character that will do what is best for Lewisburg without an agenda. I am afraid that most people will split their votes between these two men and Farrar will end up being elected. How in the world can god fearing people vote for a man that has an arrest record for Mayor with an agenda. Don't say he doesn't. Remember all the negative signs he used to post on the square a few years ago. Sort of like the pot calling the kettle black. Lewisburg is screwed if he is elected. Have been told by candidates running for election and others, except McRady who like Farrar, that they don't think Farrar will be a good choice for Lewisburg and will only cause problems. Guess that why McRady supports him.
