I wonder why someone doesn't fix the stones that are falling?? Is the family members all dead?? I would say so since the stones are old but looks like someone would care enough to straighten them up. It makes the cemetery look bad even though I love looking at the dates and names but they are dangerous leaning like they are. Wish I had the money to hire someone to do it for them.

Isn't it strange can the city Mayor and City Council take private property from the graves but not fix private property toom stones leaning or about to fall over?

You can call a local funeral home. They can tell you who owns or runs the cemetery and then you can call and ask them about if there is a group that may be able to help fix the rocks.....sometimes really old cemeteries have a group of people who help keep it clean and raise money to replace old rocks. Hope it helps.

just to give you some info...they are working on straighten up the headstones...but it is something that has to take time because some of the markers are so old...have to be careful and not damage them because they can not be replaced...just go back out there and look and you can see where they are working on them...because some do not have any family members still alive...it is nice cemetery...

another bleeding heart liberal wanting the government to take care of them, instead of getting up off their lazy ass and doing something themselves.

Did the Mayor and city Council call the Funeral home to remove and store those love one's private property, taken from the grave yard off private property to of all places the city’s garbage truck garage?

Why is it does if the Mayor and City Council could use the jail inmates to remove love ones memorials private property, from love one’s private graves?
Would they also not fix the leaning or falling Tome Stones?

It is usually posted in well kept cemeteries their policy on the up keep of the grounds. And others only clean up near memorial day when they have dinner on the grounds. So check with the owners or keeper on the cemetery. And the reason the use prisoner because its free labor.
