Wonder if the teacher stealing at Kroger and still working will be terminated this time since her Williamson county incident a few days ago? JA might not be able to sweep this one under the rug.

Look at the positive side!
Why not teach a shoplifting class if they are going to allow professional teachers to teach in the schools? Who if are charged and convicted of shoplifting?

Thatís right everybody makes mistakes and until any are convicted by a jury of their peers, it could be a simple misunderstanding /mistake!

Or early stages of "all timers' caused by air, water, food environmental pollution!

How could a person get charged unless they had a stolen item on them or in them?
Was it false charges?
Why a year out from shopping?
Why, was that a typing error?
Kroger has a nice store manager.
My brother was a store manager at a Kroger's.
One man had packs of meat inside his shirt.
One lady had planned her shoplifting by having a string basket under her long skirt. Yep. In between her legs she had a Kroger Ham.
Kroger's has lots of staff. I don't see how anyone would try to get by them.
Shoplifting is a crime and if a store person saw the stealing then that would be evidence.
A year band on shopping is what Walmart does on some cases.
I think they ought to let them soap and water every cart for one week.

What does the law call it if stores overcharge for an iteam? A mistake or Shoplifting a little extra profit out of their customers?

What do people do go back to the store and ask for their money back? Called a simple mistake!
But let someone forget to pay and walk out of a store, then is that called shoplifting?

What if any so called shoplifter had early stages of all times and just forgot to pay?
Simple mistake like stores that might seem to make mistakes of overcharging at times till the customer brings that to their attention!
Dont those stores when caught call their so called mistakes, Mistakes?
Seem to me if those stores who make mistakes of overcharging till it is brought to their attention, can call their wrong charge, mistakes, why then if any forget to pay can't call their mistakes Mistakes?

Have you had an alarm go off at stores and your wondering and people are wondering and the cashier says, oh its nothing. That happened at Fred's and Walmart, years ago. That doesn't feel good. There is a store in town I like but stopped going there. I don't like to looks and them getting in my way in watching me shop. They lost a good $175.00 a month business.

You must "look" guilty or give them a reason to keep an eye on you.
