I've eaten there several time and never had an issue. I get the impression that the people complaining are probably thew kind of mouthbreathers that stare at the menu while at the counter hemming and umm... hmm do i want, or change it to this... maybe.... rattlesoffthewholeorderintense condsandgivestheclerknotimetop utitinthenwonderswhattheproble mis.

I know it is wise to know both sides of the story but after reading entries from 2 customers who just can't seem to get it right for some reason, I say the old saying, the customer is always right is not right.
It is my belief, each establishment which has survived for over 5 years has 25 or so good customers for every bad customers and believe me, some folks you can't ever please and some make a darn good living by complaining and wanting something for nothing. Those customers, sad but true, we can do without.

Unfortunately, this is what you get when you devalue the people who prepare your FOOD. If you want better service from people who handle your FOOD, demand congress raise the minimum wage to $11 an hour and give them a fighting chance.

they do kinda suck, i have had orders screwed up, but like the guy said they will fix it if you go in with a little respect. The mess ups do happen alot there, however like i said they will fix it, now i dont go anymore because i dont like to order then go back to fix. But i wold not rule them out again over it, i just dont go when im in a hurry.

As a regular customer, I have never had a problem with my order. They are a great group of people working there!!! Remember that it can be very stressful working in fast food restaurant. Try to give those people some respect also!!

Arbys is way better than most of the fast food joints in this town McDonalds is open 24 hrs we have tried to go there for lunch in middle of nite as work 3rd shiift sit an wait an wait then someone comes on an says we can't take any orders cause are system is rebooting

I am very happy that we have the Arby restaurant here. People will find just about anything to complain about. They have always been very nice to me. Keep it up the good work..... It is a hard job, working in a fast food restaurant. Thank you all for all you do for us!

The manager of this store is a joke. Not only is her broken English painful to listen to, she's very rude as well. She does not know how to be professional (or dress that way). I've seen her be rude to her employees and I know for a fact she doesn't give them lunches or breaks (which is illegal) . Not surprising coming from her , she should be sent back to Mexico where she belongs. Maybe then they could have someone come In there and run the place like it should be. Way too understaffed and she works the few has like Slaves. Also witnessed her giving her entire family free food (which is stealing from the owner) people don't realize the shit that goes down there. I've seen it my own eyes and think it's pathetic.

People like you is what gives lewisburg a bad name. It is a shame when people like you make this place so undesirable to others. Maybe you should leave, but who would want a person like you in their city?

I'd rather go to Arbys before I went to any other food establishments in this town. Its funny how most days you will see three times as many people at McDonald's as compared to Arbys. I guess Loserburg folks prefer the dollar menu, greasy, and disgusting food that Mickey Ds has. Explains why there are so many fat asses in Loserburg, LOL

Now you know why we will never have anything in L-G. I put arby's near the top of the fast food chains. Locals like cheap and that is what they get at M-d's. They wonder why they can't get a single big name buffet or restaurant here.

McDonalds is just as bad. I don't go their anymore. I've tried them for years hoping a new person would take over and fix it but they never get the orders right and keep forgetting things. I don't have time to turn around and go back to get them to straighten it out. I find Arbys just to expensive for what you get so I don't dine their either.
