This arbys is a joke!!! I don't know how they are still open. I have worked in this town for 2 years and they have NEVER once gotten my order right. Then they are horrible to you when you expect them to fix their mistake. The gm actually told me that the owner was the one making the sandwiches lol which says a lot about them considering they can't get their orders right. She also told me if I wasn't happy that I didn't have to dine there. Fine establishment I'm telling you! I will never go back and god bless those that do!

We ate there a lot and never had a problem. Why do people get on this forum and slam local businesses? If they dont like the business stay the heck away from the place. If you dont like the price of an item, go somewhere else, buy from the internet and keep your grimy hands off their product. No wonder we dont have anything in Lewisburg. This place is full of jealous and hateful people.
We are lucky we have what little we do have. This place is no place to start a business, unless you are thinking of opening up another beer or smoke shop.

I have eaten there since they opened. I have a lot less problems than I do at other fast food joints. And every time I have been there, they have been absolutely nice to me which leads me to believe you have a personal bitch with them for some reason....

I'm with you!! They are idiots in there. I quit going there after the 5th time in a row they screwed up my order. They refused to give my money back and stood there and looked at me like I was the one who did something wrong. The lady that works up front was very nice but the manager has no people skills what so ever! I'm not surprised by your post

As a business owner it is very difficult to deal with some of the idiots in Lewisburg and keep professional. Keep it up and see how fast they roll up the carpet and leave you arbyless. I feel it is one of the more professional and cleanest places we have. We probably ate there, maybe 25 times since it opened and never had a problem. I believe you and the first poster are tied together somehow if not one of the same.
Stop slamming local businesses and for you to call them idiots makes you look like an idiot. If you had several problems with them, just maybe you are the problem. Ever wonder why businesses and industry pack up and say good bye to our loving city? People like you. Stop the slamming businesses and appreciate what we do have. I remember when they first came to town, you would of thought we were getting a free beer stand.

I can agree with you that Lewisburg is a hard town to have a business in, with all the freeloaders and xenophobes it is amazing a business can even survive. I don't agree that because it is the best we can get in this town that we should just accept it, as long as we accept subpar all we will get is subpar. Of course we're talking fast food so the bar is already pretty low.

All I said was we should be thankful for what we do have. Bigger and better places will not even consider us because who and what we are. Our negative demographics and history of not supporting people and establishments who are "not from around here" is too powerful to sustain any serious establishments.
If something does come in and it is any count, the other business will surely lose out. The pie can only be sliced so thin. This place only has so many dollars and a lot of folks are so tired of being here without, they go elsewhere to spend what little they do have. To anyone, Where do you suggest I take my family for dinner and a movie tonight? What other entertainment here do you suggest? We can walk around town any time and read at the house, so eliminate those choices. Again, we eat out a lot locally and never had a problem with Arbys. Our only complaint may be they don't do breakfast, but again that is based on the area if that tells you anything about us.

So glad for you that you love freaking arbys!! Go there everyday for all I care. I won't be going back and I will continue to tell the truth about what goes on at the businesses I attend. If you are so concerned with the restaurant being shut down you can guarantee that my one post wouldn't be what did it and that there would have to be a problem there for that actually happen. So yes I agree this town needs thriving businesses but that place definitely needs a change in management or a good course in customer service skills. You were not there to see how I was treated unless you work there which is highly likely and in that case your post doesn't surprise me. Just because you went there and had a great experience doesn't mean the rest of Lewisburg had and I definitely have the right to post my opinion. So take your own advice and if you don't like it keep on scrolling! Btw I don't know a Carmen and had nothing to do with his or her post. Is it so hard to believe that they have mistreated more than one person on this town!!!

Maybe they are right you don't have to eat there again, if they can't get your order right... Why do you keep going back? Maybe they just reacted to the way you treated them, I've been there many times and NEVER had a problem with them. It's sounds to me like you're just a bitchy person so quit complaining about our local Arby's if you're not even from this town!!

If you have a problem with your food or anything else if you tell them in a respective manner they are happy to fix it and offer you free stuff. I eat there almost every day and the drive through girl is so sweet and polite they always make my lunch break a little better . You have to remember that they are humans and humans make mistakes. You have to treat them like they are people not animals and they will be more than happy to help.

I'm a shift manager here. You forgot to mention the part where you called the GM every name in the book and demanding we give you gas money for the trouble slamming your food in the counter with the worse attitude a normal person can have. I would honestly like to know where you would go, treat someone like that, and STILL expect them to be nice to you. We always strive to treat our customers like we would like to be treated, in your case, we DON'T need you to come back. If you claim we cannot get your food right I would eventually stop going altogether, if we were that bad of a business, more than two people would be complaining. Obviously we're not as horrible as you say we are.

Did you post the way you treated them? No!! Because on these forums the person that complains about something must have done something too be treated the way they did. I live 20 minutes away from Lewisburg and because of their excellent service I don't mind the drive because not only my family and I love our local Arby's but every time we go they are packed which means many people like it there. So good luck!! God shall bless us and keep blessing the owner and his staff.

well, I haven't been on complaining because I quit the second time you screwed my stuff up. I 'm quicker than OP, evidently. I do not recommend your business to anyone.

Well said!! I love our Arby's! No fast food place has ever been perfect, but they will try to make things right. It does help if you approach them in a likewise civil manner and politely explain your problem. Over all, I have always had a good experience at Arby's and will go back without a doubt. I love the cornbeef and turkey bacon ranch!

If you quit after two times, you have a problem. And you must also NOT go to any other fast food place. Both McD's and BK has messed my order up more times than I can count, but I still go back, mostly because they do fix the problem. I believe this is a common problem with those types of restaurants. I will say, Arby's has done a LOT less messing up than all the others. All that taken into account tells me you are either a whiner, an a sshole, or a troll. Take your pick and hang out a sign.

I met the shift manager the 2 "complainer(s)" were speaking of and dealt with him and his crew on several occasions. The young man is a true professional, well kept, has well above average people skills and has pride in self and the food chain. As a business owner and frequent diner of various eating establishments and based on our experiences with this particular place I am going with the shift manager on this one.

I know it is wise to know both sides of the story but after reading entries from 2 customers who just can't seem to get it right for some reason, I say the old saying, the customer is always right is not right.
It is my belief, each establishment which has survived for over 5 years has 25 or so good customers for every bad customers and believe me, some folks you can't ever please and some make a darn good living by complaining and wanting something for nothing. Those customers, sad but true, we can do without.

To the Shift Sup: Young man, Continue to do what you do and Arby's and our community will take care of you.
