IF there was a person described as the Christian "Son of God", and IF he lived in todays time, he wouldn't vote, but IF he did, you can bet he would vote Democrat. He would be an activist for taking care of the sick and hungry (when was the last time a republican did that?) He would champion Universal Health Care. He would be on the front lines protesting in favor of unions. He would demand better gun regulation. Sermons would be about progressive education ideas. He would be a liberal people, it's just obvious. If he was really the Son of God, that is.

Maybe the gays are his brothers instead of us blacks.

It's all good. You're all one day closer to the truth. Some will get there sooner than others. Really.

Open embrace of homosexual behavior is a sign of judgement on a country. Read Romans. This desire for embrace of sin is a symptom that our blessings are being denied. It's all about self and what makes me feel good instead of what is right or wrong.

So to stay safe we should turn a blind eye to it like all the Arab nations do, eh? You know, those nations where they are all killing each other. Or perhaps like the nations in Europe, you know where crime is skyrocketing. I don't think you know what you are reading you.

As if no one else, including you, argues their points? Why is it so special when Christians do it? Do you have a special hate for them? Just like any group, there are various degrees of knowledge and experience and as with all old documents various interpretations. Nothing new here. Discussing those difference of opinions is how we grow, learn and change. The world has a special hate reserved for Christians. Enjoy your show, but just remember: at the end you won't be able to get a refund once you hit the exit door. And don't choke on your popcorn and leave earlier than expected.

Hmmm... and that's a problem how? Many groups, companies, etc. claim the same thing. Why is it such an issue for a religious group to do that? Nobody gets into a frizzy when a major car company claims to be better than all the others. Do you get riled up when someone says that of General Motors or Nissan? Why are people so obsessed with what Christians do or say, especially if they are not even religious?

Slow your roll there dear. First of all a car is an object. You can see, feel and hear a vehicle. You that believe in people running around on the red sea and turning it to wine can't be seen, felt or heard. Why? Because like Goldie Locks and the three bears its a story handed down to you and your kind thru the ages. Because you choose to believe a fairy tale doesn't mean I should and it certainly doesn't make my beliefs one bit more wrong than yours. Now play nice before the big bad wolf blows your house down.

To make it simple for you believe whatever nonsense you wanna believe UNTIL it starts to infringe on anyone else's freedoms. You aren't superior and you do not get to decide that your beliefs get to be a part of the laws of the land.

Why are you attacking me? What have I done to you? What are these blinders hiding from me, as you claim? And now you resort to calling me names. Kind of makes you the lesser person, doesn't it? And I don't mean that in a religious way, either. Now I am beginning to see who you are, taking into account your other posts on other topics.

you don't really, really understand anything beyond your own beliefs. When you answer a few questions do will I. As for my identity, why does that concern you are you fearful of me? Lol.

Does anyone understand anything beyond their own beliefs? You need to rephrase that next statement because I don't understand it. "do will I"? Your identity does not concern me at all and neither am I fearful of you. Should I be? I know from ready your other posts (if in fact you are the original Really Sassy), I can ascertain many things about your personality. Are you that same person?

And, since you seem to think my automobile analogy was off the track, so is your Goldie Locks analogy. One, Godie Locks is a known. admitted fiction piece while the bible is not. There are also many archeological digs in Israel to substaniate the accuracy of the bible as not being fiction. For instance, many of the 1st and 2nd Temple artifacts found in Jerusalem contain the names of those listed in the bible such as certain Jewish High Priests of the time. Also, there of been recent digs of 1st century Christian churches that include many dedications to "Jesus as the Son of God". Those churches existed within 100 years of Jesus' time on Earth. I highly doubt this would all be some elaborate hoax involving tens of thousands of people who attended these churches.

Just because the events of the bible escape your understanding does not mean they did not happen. Many scientists have shown how crossing a portion the Red Sea was possible given the right wind conditions. But what does that really matter? If you don't believe any of it? The rest of your comments concerning freedoms and laws of the land, I vote just like you do. I have representatives just like you do. I have no desire to force you or anyone else to adopt my beliefs (I am not Islamic). I couldn't care less what laws our leaders create as I live for myself. If a woman chooses to get an abortion, or a man/woman wants to live a gay lifestyle, that is none of my concern. They are free to. I live for myself and feel everyone should do the same. Just because those options are there doesn't mean I have to take them and I respect anyone who does. That is their business not mine. And I can assure you, I am not afraid of the big bad wolf. I've been up against much worse.

No actually Jesus started to bore me with the 2 dollar words and ignorance. I've gone to walk on water, turn water to wine and cast a few tablets down from the mountain. Don't look back or you will be a pillar of salt. That's all.
