Wow. Really? I'm a Christian and I don't bash atheists or anyone else for that matter. Do I make comparisons? Yes. Do I explain my position? Yes. Your statement that the "(Christian) religion is the exact same as all the other religions except you change one tiny thing" could not be more incorrect.

If you really want to make a stand against Christianity, or anything else for that matter, you really need to learn more about it.

"quit bashing on something you do not understand at all about". Really? Really? Why would I want to bash you when you are doing such a grand job of it all by yourself?

I am a sold out, lover of God. God the Father of Jesus Christ. Why? because of what he has done in my heart, mind, and soul. I am not against Atheist. God loves you. YOu don't believe because you do not know him. God wants to have a relationship with you. It's your choice. I know Jesus. Everyone has an opportunity to know him. Christianity as God the Bible describes is a life of hope and peace. I sure don't want to put my hope in people. When this world seems so out of control, I know who holds my tomorrow. God loves you deeply.

Christians don't bash on atheist, they are just concerned for their immortal souls and don't want to just sit back and watch them go to hell. If only one can be converted then it is one less that will burn in hells everlasting fires.

I personally don't believe in organized religion. I believe in Faith. I don't have to go to a building and have people judging me each Sunday. I always say that while you are busy judging others, God is busy judging you. Find something, have faith in it, and live your life. Mine is that God is my strength and He guides me. An atheist has faith in living his or her life by common laws of Man and Biology. And that is their business.

It is funny how they said "[our] religion is the exact same as all the other religions except you change one tiny thing. quit bashing on something you do not understand at all about."

If they understood Christianity, they would not have made that statement. No other "religion" (for lack of a better word) is anything like Christianity. And all other religions can be shown how weak and useless they are or racist or evil minded and violent in their current state. But that is okay, they have the right to believe as they wish. As a Christian, I respect their right to do that. But to be silenced? No. I will not be bullied into silence for their satisfaction.

Have you not seen the news lately? All around us in Canada, Great Britain and even the United States Christians are being arrested and charged with hate crimes for reading the bible aloud. Students are not allowed to pray at functions or mention the name Jesus, home bible studies (Arizona) have been shut down, a woman at a public college was force to hide her cross necklace for fear it would offend others. Wake up. They would never do that to Muslims. Christians are being beheaded in Egypt. All this has happen in just the last few weeks.

I looked up a dozen articles about shutting down "home Bible studies". One was an official ministry with outreach programs. One met on Sunday mornings and Thursday evenings and had as many as 50 people. That's a church, which is what the county said when they wanted them to stop. I wouldn't want one of my neighbors hosting up to 50 people twice a week in their home. Where is everybody going to park? You need permits for that sort of thing. They just didn't want to pay for a building. Students are not allowed to pray OUT LOUD at school functions. They should pray art home or at church. I am always amused that people who want to put "prayer back in school" never want to answer me when I ask if they are talking about Hebrew or Muslim prayers. That's the whole point of not having prayer in public school; not everyone believes the same things. And I can't imagine why anyone would feel they have to hide a cross necklace. Just about every college in the country has a Christian youth group. You want to see discrimination? Try being an atheist living in Tennessee.

I will agree in some cases home studies have gotten to be home church BUT... what if it were not Christian studies but instead some other sort of function like coon hunters? Would they look the other way for that? I bet they would. Still, there are plenty of other free alternatives those home studies that grow to big can move on to.

How dare you limit where and when people pray. For Christians as well as other religions, praying is a multi-purpose function and for some is done all day long. Yes, many pray in their head but others pray aloud as a collective. Should we demand that cheerleaders not do their thing aloud? Because some find it just noise? Prayers are just words. If you are not religious, they are totally meaningless for you so why shut them down? It lasts no more than a minute or two, much less than many other similar non-religious functions. For me, those against it are only against it because it rubs them wrong or makes them feel awkward. Who's fault is that?

The cross wearer was told by a college admin to hide it because 'they' felt it might offend those (non-Christians) looking to join the college. It was a recruiting function. And that is the real issue. It has nothing to do with not believing, it has all to do with them not wanting to be accommodating to others who are different. It is the same as not being accommodating those in wheelchairs or the blind. It is called prejudice!

I don't know what to say to this. No one I know hates atheists. Although, atheist seem to want to step on our rights. Let's say I don't like whip cream but I do not down others who do and it being served in places I attend. Why are you so angry?

Oh... now ain't that just American. What are we fighting for? Why did we even bother with a Constitution if we are just going to shut down groups of people we don't care for? No one is bible thumping your ass, that's for sure. You'd make a horrible Christian. Hell, you make a horrible human. My only disappointment in my own beliefs is that it is wrong to want to see people like you the moment you discover the real deal. I don't care to see what happens after than, just the part where your mouth drops open and your chin hits the floor and you start crying like a baby, suddenly sorry for doubting. But, that ain't gonna happen. So be it. Leave us to our guy in the sky and go in peace. Oh whatever it is you believe in.

You don't know much about Christians do you? Christians worship anytime, all the time. Christians use xmas as a time to celebrate the birth of Christ (even knowing he was not born in Dec and it is not sanctified), Christians ARE biblically instructed to judge, not to mention everyone judges including you! It is a human trait. God is not a dictator because he is not political, and we all have freedom of choice. It would seem you are the one who does not understand.
