I can't stand to see two females or males walking around kissing, holding hands, and thinking they should be able to get married. It is absolutely disgusting. It's a bad example for our children and can you believe some churches even allow them to go? It's against the Christian way. If God wanted you to be a gay or lesbain he would have made four people Adam and Eve and Evie and Stevie. What do you guys think about it? They want their "Equal Rights" they have rights. They can get married, they can vote, they have jobs, live together...etc, but yet their not equal. It makes me even more sick when I see a Lesbian couple with kids. Lesbian and Gay couples CANNOT raise KIDS. They shouldn't be able to RAISE KIDS! I hate them and you all can call me a "Bigot" or "Homophobe" whatever, but I am a MAN of GOD and it isn't against his word.

In luke, jesus did say
"17:33 Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.
17:34 I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left.
17:35 Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left."

So it looks like some of them might make it.

You're wrong about it being against God's word, my Lord Odin doesn't care who you shag. I can see by your whining that you won't make it to Valhalla.

And what exactly does that have to do with our Allfather Odin? Excerpts from a false religion have no power over HIS sons and daughters. Praise Odin!

If you can't stand to see something, look away. Since you have claimed to be a Christian, you're either an ignorant Christian or the type Jesus talks about sending away gnashing teeth because you're not a real Christian in your heart. Maybe both. When you say you "hate" someone, you are speaking out against Christ who never taught anyone to hate another person. You are not the MAN of GOD you are pretending to be. Or you don't know anything about the God you claim. Either way, you are in serious danger when you meet up with Jesus of having him turn you away because of your overriding hatred in your heart.

In times past, there have been a ton of children brought up by multiple woman homes, especially in war time. Hmmm... they turned out alright. God doesn't want people who hate like you, but you exist don't you? Sexual orientation has nothing to do with raising children. You would have no problem seeing that each person, on their own could raise a child, yet these same two people with the exact same skills together suddenly are no longer capable of raising a child? You really need to cut down on the stupid pills. And open your bible and learn what Jesus wants of you, because you have really missed the boat. I for one, question your salvation, if it is even real. Hate the sin, not the sinner, sinner.

Actually, the Greek words epi and esomai do not refer to men or women in the original text. Epi means IN when saying two in bed, and esomai means shall be or will be, in saying two shall be grinding.

So far as WHO will "make it" (to heaven), it will be ANYONE who accepts Jesus as their personal savior. It matters not what sin they have as all sin. Jesus NEVER stipulated that in order to be 'saved' you could never sin again, or else no one would "make it". Gay people CAN be saved, and saved Gay people WILL go to heaven, just like saved people who tell a lie, or take something that is not theirs, or many of the other sins we are all guilty of doing. Let he who is sinless cast the first stone.

Odin is a god in Norse mythology. One, it is a KNOWN myth. Two, God/Jesus said, "you shall have no other god before me". So, either way, you are lost.

Are you Jewish? If not, then why are you pointing this out? This has nothing to do with Salvation in Jesus. Yes, God doesn't like it, but he also doesn't like haters, or liars, or thieves... Let me cut this short, God doesn't like sinners. YOU are a sinner. Unless you are 'saved' God doesn't like YOU! How about that? Accepting Jesus removes all sin from us so we are blameless. All sin. Not just particular sins, this sin but not that sin, but ALL sin. Are you saved? Do you never sin? If you say, no you never sin, you are a liar, which is a sin. You are also a hypocrite just like the Pharisees.

Odin has been here since the dawn of time, I'm not worried about my afterlife as all have a place in HIS hall. I'd rather worship a "known myth" like Odin than a child raping, child abusing, sadochist like the christian myth. Or is that just old testament god, not the new testament god? I always get those two mixed up.

Here is your problem: You, like Christians, want to say the other person's god is not real. That is all fine and dandy. You want to believe your god is the right and correct god, go for it. I am a Christian and I will believe in MY God. We can still live in peace and harmony. When we die, then we will be satisfied with who was more correct than the other. People, like you must decide who is right and who is wrong for themselves.

As Odin is closely connected with a horse called Sleipnir, a spear called Gungnir, and transformation/shape shifting into animal shapes, an alternative theory of origin contends that Odin, or at least some of his key characteristics, may have arisen just prior to the 6th century as a nightmarish horse god (Echwaz), later signified by the eight-legged Sleipnir.

If that is what you want to believe in, go for it. I think I will stick with my God who has much less speculation and oddity.

You get it mixed up because you have no idea what you are talking about. But that is for you to make up in your own mind. No one, including me, can ever convince you that your lack of knowledge will be your own undoing. Enjoy life while you have it.

I agree with that, but I have to wonder, God created mankind, and everything God created was good, right? Then why do you suppose he warned them at the time of Genesis/Leviticus not to have sexual relations with each other? Why would God have created that possibility? If it were unnatural, then why would any man have sexual feelings for another man or woman for woman? I mean, we don't see animals doing that, other than a few odd balls, hanging out with each other, but I mean we don't see male on male (or female on female) animals shacking up and have anal sex with each other. So why was God able to create animals NOT to have that desire, but not mankind? It is obvious from his warnings that he created mankind different from the rest of the animal kingdom. He indeed created mankind with the possibility that they would sexually desire each other. You can't refute that.

Hmmm, I think that is where "free will" comes in. God gave us free will and that's where alot of people mess up...that's just my opinion tho

I think you are spot on with that! Whether you are born that way,(which I think everyone is born with the ability to love anyone), we still make choices, if tough ones.

I don't know myself what it is like to have that desire, but I can only imagine it is having the ability to love someone more deeply than another, but I understand that many who are gay just cannot find that same desire for the opposite sex. So, either way, God created them just as he created you and me. Some have told me the opposite sex is as undesirable to them as my straight friends, or even you, have insisted you could NEVER swing that way. Only God knows why he created us that way, and he had to have because it has been there since almost the beginning in Genesis/Leviticus.

Bottom line, I think Jesus had great compassion for everyone, even those who were living in sin. He ate with them, and showed them great compassion. Why can't we all live by that example?

Romans 2:1-3
Therefore you have no excuse, O man, every one of you who judges. For in passing judgment on another you condemn yourself, because you, the judge, practice the very same things. We know that the judgment of God rightly falls on those who practice such things. Do you suppose, O man—you who judge those who practice such things and yet do them yourself—that you will escape the judgment of God?

John 8:7
And as they continued to ask him, he stood up and said to them,“Let him who is without sin among you be the first to throw a stone at her.”

Matthew 7:1-29
“Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you. Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother,‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye....

James 4:11-12
Do not speak evil against one another, brothers. The one who speaks against a brother or judges his brother, speaks evil against the law and judges the law. But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge. There is only one lawgiver and judge, he who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you to judge your neighbor?

John 8:7
And as they continued to ask him, he stood up and said to them,“Let him who is without sin among you be the first to throw a stone at her.”
