Gangs in Lewisburg?

I've heard from different ppl that Lewisburg has gangs. Is this true?

Are we talking real gangs or wannabe hoodlums?

Are there any local Republican, Democrat or tea party gangs in Lewisburg meeting and operating out of the local coffee clubs?
Trying to fix the election to go their way, so 4 more years of the same local public official’s allowing some might call white collar crimes, others call mistakes, can continue robbing the utility customers / taxpayers, of Lewisburg and Marshall County?

Did the Mayor, any city Council, or any electric company board member even ask / check and see if other customers of the electric company were overcharged like the City of Lewisburg if was said to have been over charged for 6-7 years hundreds of thousands dollars by the Lewisburg Electric Company for street lights?

Would it take the State of Tennessee or Nashville News Stations to investigate to find out if any other customers were over charged?
