These folks may not be big-time criminals but I still applaud the police for arresting them.

Quality of life violations, WTF?????????
It sounds like they were just acting poorly rather then breaking the law. Get tuff with these criminals and maybe they wont be so quick to break the law again.

I DEMAND a description on HUMAN EXCREMENT! I don't mind a bit of whiz flowing across the sidewalk, but when I tramp in that other stuff, my wife beats the hell out of the dog for crappin' in the yard...poor dog.

This is mind bobbling. That many people had to pee pee so bad they just couldn't wait to get to a bathroom? UGH! How often have we, the public, unknowingly walked where someone else had just taken a whiz? Sure makes you wonder after reading this many arrests. And I have been uninformed all these years, or wrongly informed because I thought excrement was a number two. You just never know. Well if they can take are of the people who are out there doing these things that are negative to "quality of life", perhaps in doing so they will bump into some more real thugs and nab them too?

Will york be offering potty training classes to all the public urinators . I bet their parents must be proud . I would make those busted for such crimes wear a adult diaper outside their clothes and stand downtown at the square for all to see with a sign that reads Busted Public Pisser Toilet Training Needed !!

Good to see something being done about these low lifes. Also, it's a great money raiser for the city. Keep doing this and maybe they can keep the taxes down.

Voiding human excrement is not "peeing in the bushes". That would be public urination. Arresting these bums is exactly what the police should be doing. And the fines they are charged should more than pay for the cost of arresting them. It really doesn't cost anything to arrest someone. The whole police/judicial system costs the same whether they make arrests or not.

If all this happened in the bar district, remember, there are really no restrooms open within walking distance after midnight. Where are they supposed to go? Re-open the comfort stations and put a few of these cops down there! York created its own problem with this.

Only 5 or 6 of the addresses are in the city. You should be fined twice as much for coming to the city and p-ing.

How about if they get bounced? Do you think they ask you if you have to use the toilet first?

Part of growing up is learning where to pee. They should use the pee pee room in the bar and if they were bounced they probally deserve to be arrested. I find it hard to believe that any one would defend the actions of these idiots.

He'll defend them until someone takes a leak in front of his home or in his garden.
