What is a pourvior and WHAT in the world is the Departmental de Pennsylvania Salon 20????

What kind of an "article" is this? It's... this is ridiculous.

Come on PO, does this belong in the paper or some French organization's newsletter. At the very least you can explain what the heck this is.

All I know is that steaks cooked "au pouvoir" (note different spelling) are cooked with cracked black pepper and are extremely tasty.

I have a feeling pouvoir is misspelled in this article as well.
